I didn’t like the winged eagle belt when it first Came out or that specialty belt they made for Hogan that look like the NWA world six man tag team title or the Andre special I thought for example they should have kept the Hogan 86 and just pass that on to savage or bread or any of the others and it would’ve looked fine

Wish they would bring the 88 - 98 winged eagle belt back
There are two issues with that. The first (and probably the reason they retired it in the first place) was that the prongs on either side were constantly breaking off. The second reason is that because they don't own the design, every third indy promotion started using a similar belt. The logo belts mean that Southwest Northern Wilbur County Wrestling won't have a "World" title that looks like theirs.

The Big Eagle was a little too big. The reason that Austin had the Smoking Skull belt made in the first place was that the Big Eagle dug into his abdomen and was uncomfortable to wear.

He broke the title Hogan held in pieces so they made that belt for the Hogan vs Andre title match,Andre won and The Million dollar man bought it,the WWF vacated the belt and had a wrestling tournament like King of the Ring to name a new champion,this was the starting premiss for The King of the Ring Tournament.Andrev and Hogan had a first round bye to face in the second round that ended in a double disqualification. The Macho Man vs The Million Dollar Man was the final. They were back and forth then the referee was distracted and Hogan hit Dibiase with a chair,Macho Man won the match. Hogan did it to keep Dibiase from winning the belt.

Cool video, thanks for sharing. The winged eagle belts and the first Undisputed Championship were the best in my opinion. As for now, the I.C. belt, U.S. belt, and Smackdown Women's belt are the nicest. The old belts are kind of cool too for the nostalgia factor.

The 1988 - 1998 Winged Eagle. Such an iconic belt. Most WWF fans identify the wrestling of the 80s and 90s with the winged eagle.
The Big Winged Eagle belt. This is the one Austin wore after beating HBK at WrestleMania 1998. It was worn by The Rock and Triple H too until 2002.
The WCW Big Gold Belt. Iconic belt used as the WCW belt since 1991. Was used for over 20 years.
The WWF blue, white, and yellow Intercontinental belt. Worn by Shawn Michaels and Ultimate Warrior.
The 1986 WWF Hogan belt. Iconic belt worn by Hogan after Vince bought all the territories. The belt mostly seen around the world in 1986 to 1988 worn by Hogan.
