Crosshair lost his shooting hand! Ohh My Gods, Wrecker was put out of action! Hunter captured! I was on the edge of my seat, Omega and Echo saved the team, and a bunch of clones, and the kids! Ermie(sic) turns on Hemlock! and Crosshair shoots GREAT lefthanded! I loved this episode.
I know I probably made a silly joke when Crosshair lost his hand “well…at least his hand isn’t shaking anymore.” Sad, I know.
Crosshair's little secret...he was always left-handed! 😁
@@jetblast190lol that would’ve been a sick one liner
@@GGBlaster Lol, too bad the show writers didn’t think of it. It’s kind of a fun fan fiction perhaps… 🤔
This was honestly one of the best finales to any series I’ve ever seen in a long long time. Wow, so compelling and gut wrenching and heartfelt that we don’t deserve it. But man did we need it
I agree! I think this even beats out the Rebels finale for me.
This also echoed a little bit of Mandalorian season 3 finale
I agree. This series finale was exceptional. Nothing will ever top the Six Feet Under finale but that’s another conversation! This was incredible!
I really enjoyed the bad bacth. Omega melted my old heart and really showed how a child can shine in a show if its done right, and they did with Omega imo. Would love to follow Omega in her journey in the rebellion.
I was so scared it would be a devastating ending where we loose the batch. But I'm so glad that they didn't take that route. All in all, I cried like a baby and will miss the show so damn much. But I'm happy it happened and it was an unforgettable experience ❤❤❤
I thought the ending even rivaled Rebels. I’m sad it’s gone. It teared me up a bit.
Everything you just said!!!😢💞
Atmospheric, tense and deadly serious. I adored it.
I couldn’t be happier that there wasn’t an “on your left” or deus-ex machina moment where Rex or Bail or a pod of space whales appeared out of nowhere to save the day.
So how are they going to write Omega into the GCW? as a random Rebel pilot, I suppose it works .
Star Wars animation has been a good mistress to me for a number of years
My finale prediction was a mile off but I couldn't be happier about that. Amazing, beautiful episode.
My favourite piece of dialogue: "Was that Echo's handiwork or Omega's?" [look at each other] "Omega".
What was your prediction?
@@doctorsno906 Magnificent 7 style ending where lost a couple of the Batch, Rampart turning on them to get his stripes back (that came half true) and Ventress coming back for the Omega save. I also wandered down the path of Cody as tge operative. Frankly, I think the way it worked out was far better.
Five things I really liked:
1. Rex didn’t show up with the Calvary, they stayed true to the show’s name and the Bad Batch was the Calvary.
2. Rampart stayed true to himself, an opportunist (they didn’t try to make him a hero).
3. While I knew Crosshair was going to make that shot, I still felt a great unease that he could miss…great buildup to that tension.
4. They didn’t make Omega force sensitive, at least I see nothing that suggests it. She’s a capable pilot trained by Tech and the rest of the Batch.
5. All the rumors and speculation that Tech was a Clone X turned out to be false! He died a hero’s death…Plan 99!
What I’m still missing: an explanation as to Cody’s fate.
P.S. It should go without saying but once again Kevin Kiner’s score was absolutely PERFECT!
I can agree to all of that. I did think Omega would be force sensitive but I’m happy to be wrong. There is too much of that. The show stood on its own legs.
All totaly acurate.
🙌
Absolutely!
I think my favourite part was when after being freed from Hemlocks clutch. Omega paused the hugged Crosshair. THAT hit me in the feels!!
Me too! The Fact that she hugged him 1st. He needed that, he was talking a suicide mission earlier. His redemption is complete!
Absolutely! It was his shot that freed her. She put all her trust in him. He deserved that hug!
So bitter sweet episodes 😊 now Crosshair needs to start a family☺️
I'd watch that series.
Could Omega’s desire to join to the Rebellion have been inspired by Ezra’s speech about standing up to the Empire…more importantly did Fulcrum [Ahsoka] recruit Omega?…I’m now beginning to think tbb epilogue possibly happened concurrently with “Call to Action” Rebels s1e13.
All great points. Who did she hear it from and who recruited her?
@@StarWarsFanatic the transmission went across the galaxy…most likely both Ahsoka [as Fulcrum]…after Hera reached out to Omega saying the Rebellion needed pilots.
That would be an awesome tie-in to bring her and Hera together at some point! Nice theory!
i cried a lot. The meaning of all of their history had a perfect ending. I was so tense the whole episode, i am glad that they had they peace after so many suffering and sacrifice.
I was glad it was finally put to rest that Tec actually died. His goggles on the cruiser's dashboard was a nice touch.
Glad that the Batch was able to retire to a peaceful place.
Tarkin said to divert funds to Operation Stardust - Is that the Death Star?
Yes, Stardust = Death Star.
Holy moly, the edge of my seat the whole time, really felt that characters could die!
So glad Nala Se could deliver justice for the genocide of her kind.
I was quite satisfied with this series finale ! None of the bad batch died ( expectations subverted ) even when crosshair implied that no one will come back alive from that base ! And seeing adult omega and old man hunter was a good end piece along with them having that family picture moment before that last scene. Really hit hard and does have a relation and feeling to the rebels series finale of ahsoka and sabine and their phoenix squad ending ! And i was happy that they made it a 50 min long episode ! Could of been 1hr and added 10 more mins of my own opinion .... but it was amazing !
And yes ! A lot of loose ends yo tie off and opens up to other possible future animantions ! Like what happened with the zillo beast that was released ? That ancient machine and where it stands in the star wars universe from season 2 . Team echo/emery and the clone uprising/rebellion end of season 3 . Where was omega as a pilot in the rebellion ? And still , how did rex gregor, and wolfe end up where they did ?
Really is a great time to be a star wars fan 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
Remember to be respectful and positive for star wars and I'm here for it ! 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Super great time to be a Star Wars FAN! Star Wars cimes in all sizes. Some contain just the OT, but others get it all! Omega and Hera? Yes please!

Thank you for the correction.
@@StarWarsFanatic I'm not sure if he was talking to Lucas 😂 I think he said it in an interview ;p It was just before or after TFA came out. George was never good at connecting with dialog. the Prequels were fantastic, a brilliant idea! But poorly conveyed to the audience
czcams.com/video/rihbi2U7tNg/video.html
I think an animated show would be a perfect way to redeem Luke's character... his time between episodes 6 and 7.
ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE.
Easily as good as any of the best S.W full length films ive ever seen.
Just finished it a few minutes ago,
AND I AM TRULY BLOWN AWAY
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
So many great moments in the finale.
I love how Echo did not even attempt to make Omega leave with the other kids. Shows how well he knows her and that he knows she is capable of not only holding her own, but being a full member of the squad.
Rampart NOT pulling a heel-face turn, was happily predictable, glad they stuck with his character to the end.
Nala Se's sacrifice was actually touching, and I find myself glad that Emery made it out alive. I thought she might end up on the "paying for my mistakes with my life" trope.
Confirmed that Tech was dead and not Clone X (which made no sense anyway, because he knew TBB was hiding on Pabu and would not have needed to steal the coordinates from Phee).
Zillo Beast is free to roam its new home in peace (sad that Omega didn't get to ride it to freedom though. 😉)
Still some loose ends like Ventress and Cody, but they may get tied up in new series and TBB was just a way to set them on their way.
And who else cheered when Hemlock was turned into Swiss cheese?!!!
It was awesome !!
Agreed! Better thank I could have hoped!
Ill say it again, the animated series have been superb in telling a story and connecting with the audience in a way that many of the live action shows have failed to do
It was a blood serious animation movie, no more stun guns… Only when Omega took the gun in hands.
I was so glad they didn't bring back Tech. It makes the loss so much more real and their drive to get out of the fight to enjoy what family they had left.
I agree. It also takes away from consequences and his sacrifice.
Enjoy listening to your takes. Positivity is the way, and this was a great episode. A lot for the future. Keep it up! Have a blessed day.
Thank you! You too!
i think they were eluding at one of the operative’s being tech because one of them had very similar goggles to tech and he never actually died on screen with the rest of them
I don’t think so, all those operatives were unique looking and I think it’s a coincidence.
I go through the same thing at my work, talk about non silver screen Star Wars at work and nobody cares. But it’s like the KISS ARMY, ain’t for everyone 😂
I would love if they connected the clones and their safe haven on Pabu to the „path“ that was introduced in the Kenobi series. That way they might even bring back Ventris again in search of the force-sensitive children…
I am really surprised that they didn't kill them off, it would be nice to see them show up in another show as a cameo.
Great ending. I did choke up😢.
Yeah, I loved the episode too......I'm not convinced that not one of the augmented spy clone X whatever wasn't Tech, because some of the plans really gave the feeling that they were fighting against meaningful characters surrounded in mystery....but maybe that's just because clones were fighting "clone extremists" or something....As much as I love Tech, his sacrifice means so much more if he died. I loved when Crosshair tells Wrecker that they haven't been the bad batch since Tech has passed away.....To me it felt like an explanation as to why they were ending the series in a way.......Maybe we'll see the characters again (Maybe in live actions......could be cool to see three clones that don't have to be played by Temuera Morrison with CGI bodies).
Hi Gerald, Awesome video, what an amazing finale, 10 out of 10, I am so happy the BB survived and that BB let Omega go in the end and hemlock and rampart died, even the special clones could not stop them, I loved the music aswell, and I'm glad emerie joined the good guys in the end, I have enjoyed all the Bad Batch series I thought thought they were amazing, thank you Star Wars Fanatic
I agree! 10/10!
Every ending is so worth it.
Hell ya!!! You know the bros at the Escape Pod loved it!! Good shit G!!!
We should do a stream about it soon.
I'm starting to think those non star wars fans at your "workplace" don't appreciate your awesomeness. I'd love to sponsor an episode sometime.
I'm glad they left the ending open to the possibility of future stories. We know Rex and wolf and Gregor have stories to be told.
Yes please to an additional Bad Batch video!
I feel your pain no one understands my BB obsession. Except you LOL
Now I have to binge the whole series!
I'm glad I was right about Omega not being force sensitive. They could have easily thrown a bone to people who wanted her to be, by having her do something at the very end. But they didn't, and I'm glad.
Thank you mister Fanatic. I loved the show. I dont have any complains with it. I have issues with some ,lets call them people, who disappointed in the show because Tech wasnt Cx clone,or because none died. And such things. I loved the episode .and i hope we will see continuation of this story
I loved every second of the final second.
I going to miss them so much but I’m so incredibly happy that they got a happy ending
I was afraid they were all going to be tragic. I’m glad I was wrong.
the ending actually made me sad because both hunter and omega gotten old and no more bad batch wensdays
Love ya man!
I’m going to have some contrary ideas here: be kind folks, we all have our opinions.
1. The door on Tech isn’t shut-locked-bolted. It’s open a crack. Will SW open the door? Probably not. But it’s there if they want. Mostly TechLives diehards like me will point to the gap and feel some relief. For every “but this shows he’s dead” answer, we’ll have a “but it could be…”. Leave us our delusion. Please.
2. I have a little trouble with leaps ahead in time. It can create a beautiful ending scene but it locks characters into canon in a universe where canon can be everything. Again, there is a slight opening in the door on the BB.
3. Where are they? There better be a new show coming! Where are Rex and Co.? Howser? Cody? What ever happened to Dogma (okay, that’s my personal thing.) Phee? People of Pabu? Cid (who is due some consequences.) And yes, as you mentioned, Ventress?
Okay, I’m done. Tks for another great SW video.
I like contrary ideas. Thank you so much for taking the time. To you third point, I think there will be at least one, maybe two series tying up those ends.
Nice! The hostage scene for omega was fuckin mint.
Overall, it was a very satisfying ending. Quite liked seeing the adult Omega who never left her brothers. I now think Ventress was a 'red herring'. We were to think Omega was force sensitive and would leave the men to train. I had a flashback when Hemlock and Omega walked across the bridge near the end. My mind saw Camino again. I kept waiting for the Zillow beast to appear from beneath to snatch Hemlock. Became a bit teary when Nala sacrificed herself to destroy the data. Can I assume the Camanoians are no more? Palpatine totally erased them from the galaxy? Pretty sure there will be another series. There had to be another cache of info about cloning, else why was Thrawn intetested? Palpatine was still kidnapling children suspected of being force sensitive. Else why was Grogu kidnapped? Someone created that puppet ruler for Palpatine. Definitely another series is needed
I really enjoyed this season and I got my wife hooked so we binged all three seasons lol. Now that bad batch is sadly over we started watching clone wars cause she liked this so much lol.
I’m trying to get my wife into the Clone Wars. She watched Rebels, but isn’t much into animation.
The Ventress episode wasn't necessarily a problem. It's the anticipation that made it a problem. Showing her in the trailers led people to believe that her role, no matter how small, was going to be meaningful for the series. I'm fairly certain that we're going to get more Ventress, and more stuff about "The Path", but I think it should have been an unannounced surprised cameo that was a sign of what is to come for new Star Wars shows/material (Kinda like Obi Wan mentioning Quinlan Vos and the path in Kenobi...). We would have had zero expectations regarding Ventress, and everything would have been a bonus......and honestly, there still is so much we don't know about Omega, Ventress isn't exactly a reliable and forthcoming source of information...and at the end of the day, project necromancer did end up working.
Awesome ending and all our brothers made it,fiew
The Bad Batch are real I’ve met them at Star Wars Celebration - Omega in particular was awesome. Agree this has been an amazing Star Wars experience. So sad its story has come to a conclusion but so happen to have been part of the experience for the last 3 series. Thanks for sharing your insight. MTFBWY
I hope I see them at the Cincinnati comic expo in the fall. Mtfbwy
Omega is definitely force sensitive in the way Luke was before he had training
If we only worked together Gerald….we’d have plenty to talk about!
“I know a mouse, and he hasn’t got a house, I don’t know why I call him Gerald”-Different Sid. Pink Floyd’s -‘Bike’.
Beautiful sentiment; family, friends, honor, and sacrifice - traits we seem to have lost, along with basic manners. Apologies
That’s Star Wars.
My predictions were wrong at just about every turn. I thought Omega was going to force connect with the Zilla beast with the help of the children. Ventress, the Asoka series , even Luke’s accelerated talents after a millennium Falcon cliff notes lesson by Obi Wan made me believe in sudden force abilities. That, along with my imagination, led me down that path of thought with how quick force sensitives learn this art. I could justify it by how Ezra seemed to have that ability naturally. The Force is just as much about the will to do something in times of troubles. Could Omega show up in Season 2 Andor? Hmm? She’d fit in live action pretty damn well.
Little underwhelming but liked it. I guess the Calvary was just TBB themselves. I think maybe a bit better ending would been Tarkin fleet arriving sooner but also Rex and a clone group to neutralize giving us a similar ending still. IDK… Crosshair will be the star of this show for sure! And so glad Omega doesn’t become lightside force user/jedi. Satisfying ending
Kinda had me a lil choked up
Same. It was hard parting with it.
Wow. This was a great episode.
damm it no swf hoody for me. R.I.P tech ✌🙃
Yes i would love to hear your thoughts about Bad Batch Series! Thank you
I really wanted Vader to show up and take them out. One to close out there existence in the SW universe, and two, to make Vader evil in the eyes of fans of the batch.
It was too tidy. I can not believe the empire would not look for them particularly considering that they went to the place they were last found. I think it ended too quickly. Just me.
I feel your pain, Gerald. Work with a good-sized crew and not a one cares. lol
What a great show! The ending was perfect, and we want more Omega now! Keep doing you, buddy!
I only have 1 work buddy who follows Star Wars but he usually watched the eps a few days later. INFURIATING because i couldn't talk to him about it without spoiling it. He watched this last episode on time though!
@gun_toting_lefty we do a review show and 2 out of 3 of us watch at 4 or 5 am and he waits till 20 minutes before the show lol
I didn’t notice the “clunky” dialogue, but you didn’t offer an example either. You went off on another tangent about how Star Wars was always clunky dialogue, then moved onto the next topic.
I was trying to keep the video at a shorter length. The dialogue is something I’ll go into in a deep dive video.
One word: EPIC!!!
And of course, had to hit rewind on a couple of scenes because they were even more epic. Rampart being Rampart and Nala-Se being a boss. Hemlock getting his just desserts. And that ISD jumping in flanked by a pair of Venators. Ah well; time to go rewatch the entire 3 seasons now.
They would need to come for the kids…….THE PATH is the only way we will see Vos
Of course we like your videos. So keep on making them. I may not always agree with your take on the individual conclusions you make at times, but so what? At least you keep it interesting for the most part. lol
I appreciate that. Thank you!
Bad Batch was a decent Star Wars show!
It was awesome
Well nala and rampart got their just desserts…..
Absolutely!
I have been watching your videos for over a year. And I absolutely love the positive videos compared to the others who complain and blame Floni for nothing.
I want to stay away from them.
I appreciate that!
did Echo have Emory drop the force kids off to Ventress for their safety?
I think he sent them to Pabu.
@@gun_toting_lefty cool. I must have had something in my eye then 🥲
Admittedly, I do agree that the Ventress arc could have been shortened, especially for the knowledge that was ultimately revealed.
Though it would have been contrived, it would have been acceptable for Ventress to be passing by, and just landing on Pabu to lay low or to stock up on supplies. And the freed episode could instead be dedicated to exploring other parts of the narrative, like Crosshair’s experience on Tantiss before escaping, or maybe a two-part finale.
That said, I’m not *mad* that we got mantis man in space Florida. It’s just, out of a whole season of great episodes, it’s one of the (perhaps the only) notably weaker ones.
