I made a prediction 3 years ago, 2 years before the Mandalorian season 3, and it happened! It's all about the darksaber!

Am I correct in saying it was destroyed at the end of the last season of The Mandalorian?
Yes but as I said in the title, I said it needed to be destroyed 2 years before that.

@@tedadamgreen It would certainly fit in Disney’s MO, but I’d err on the side of no, they won’t. The message in the “Spies” episode of Mandalorian season 3 made this clear when Din Djarin pointed out to Bo Katan that he follows her because she has the qualities of a leader. Objects do not define strong leadership; people do.
I don’t think they will try to rebuild it. It caused too many problems.
I just want to see Jaster’s legacy fulfilled. 💔

Pro tip, keep the mic in the same room you're recording in.
Usually I put the mic in the backyard and go to the opposite end of the house, then in my car. Honestly, this is an older recording I made with crappy equipment.

The most valuable part of a lightsaber is the kyber crystal. A Jedi wouldn’t necessarily collect old lightsabers. But they would salvage it for parts.
Destroying the dark saber doesn’t mean it’s the end of it. The dark kyber crystal can still be recovered to be rebuilt into a new dark saber.
It can. But will it? Probably not. It’s caused more harm than good.
take it apart an study it, make more. Then we can see a son of grevious weilding 4 dark saber whips

I say, the darksaber never was an especially long sword, but I'd say it's even a bit shorter in live action......now.....why would that be? :p..........Come on, I don't want it to be the only thing that we get from future Mando seasons and movies......but if we don't see Grogu leading an army while brandishing the darksaber and riding the mythosaur...then I'll see it as a missed opportunity (It shouldn't be the point of the movie or series finale since we all know it should happen at some point......good scenarios are still necessary......VERY VERY necessary). .Clearly, they've been underlining how this little guy is the closest thing to the original creator of the darksaber. I don't know if he'll be a "true Jedi" or a "true Mandalorian", but he'll be enough of both to unite them at least for a time.
Destroy it. I'm surprised the Mandos don't consider the Dark Saber to be a bad omen. Nearly every time it shows up, lots of Mandos die.

It looked cool. That's why it's here. The blacklight saber. Sure throwing it into Mordor is the better story of freeing a leader to rule on merit, but SW is about style over substance.
I would LOVE to see the mask of Mandalore return to canon with it's old EU history, tell stories of the Mandalorian neo crusaders and the glories of fighting Revan and Malak and Mitra with the stories of Clan Ordo and the other Mandalorians you meet in KotoR and the wispers of Malachore V with the mass shadow generator and the events of KotoR 1 & 2 and im rambling so ill stop now
I really want a series about all this. I’m curious why it hasn’t been done yet with the success of the Mandalorian.

Well, as a major SWTOR fan, my favorite Vizla is Shea Vizla! And she would have laughed her bum off at the idea a single weapon being needed to rule the Mandalorians, OK so that was 2000+ years before Tarre, but still. As for our beloved Djarin being more Force Sensitive than Sabine? I don't know. Stop picking on Bo please, she's awesome, and was terribly brainwashed and abused by that scughole Pre! Shae would have killed him with her pinky finger!
Actually, I made this video originally about 3 years ago. Since then my opinion of Bo-Katan has altered. She is awesome!
@@StarWarsFanatic Sorry for being snarky about Bo, I tend to get annoyed too easily these days. It's just, she was so young in Clone Wars, and Pre, the guy just screams predator, like old Palps, and Adoni and Satine trusted him with her just like the Stupid Council let Palpy have all the access to Anakin he wanted, and then these two terribly abused young people make horrific choices and everyone's like soooo evil! Well, what chances were they given to have the ability to make healthy positive decisions. Was it Satine's fault? No. But should Bo have all the blame? No.

Din Djarin doesn't possess the darksaber anymore, Bo Katan Cryze was awarded it, as he gave it to her for killing a beast that he couldn't, and it may or may not have been destroyed as of the end of season 3 by Moff Gideon

Because this video was made 2 years before season 3 came out. How can I mention something that didn’t happen. The thumbnail and title even say that.
I don't like they made the Dark Saber a big thing. Sure, there was a Mandalor8an Jedi, sure he had a cool lightsaber...that's fine. But the lightsaber is a Jedi thing. It should stay a Jedi thing. In my opinion the Mandalorian culture/ faction should stay distinct from other factions of Star Wars. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Both in universe and out of universe from a marketing perspektive. The specialized armor is the Mando thing. Let them do their own thing.
I tend to agree with you. It’s another reason I’m glad it was destroyed.
