my late grandad and uncle drowned in pegwell bay back in 1966 boxing day, tragic , was on a fishing trip.
It is a runway! Hovercraft are actually aircraft with a pilot,co-pilot and navigator on occasion.
Indeed. You don't go for a sail on a hovercraft - you take a flight. Went on one just for fun on the Isle Of Wight a few years back.
