We show a Electric Exhaust cutout on a Chevrolet Silverado 1500 pickup truck truck and how it works. In this video we show the install and operation of an electric QTP cutout on a chevy silverado and how it works as well as sound clips with the cutout open and closed. This thing was pretty loud before with a flowmaster super 10 exhaust but the electric cutout takes it to the next level making it even louder. The cut out should’ve been in line with the muffler to make it work the rite way the exhaust is still going out the pipe with the muffler. My 18 ram I made the pipe myself and put the cut out just behind the header flange with the down pipe so all the exhaust is going out the cutout pipe

So it sounds like an exhaust leak either way. The super 10 does nearly nothing to quiet the exhaust.
