Really helpful information but I will say I personally can't look at the ground when flipping. When I do my form is really sloppy and my height suffers. For me what helps a lot more is looking up to the sky for all of my flips.
That's interesting. You mean on the set? If you mean when landing too that's wild. For me I just think:
"There is ground. Get away from ground."
Lol and that helps get my head up etc.
@@ZakFerguson Yes on the set, haha. My bad, I see the confusion. It's just for me of looking up and thinking to "get closer to the sky and fly as high as you can".
