Yeah you can totally use cart twist. I like Webster half more because I don't like to stay so low to the ground, but it's whatever you prefer because it is the same movement if you don't use hands. Landing on your left foot (if you twist left) or two feet makes no difference. If you land on the right foot however, it would be considered a hyper aerial twist or "hyperswipe" Hope that helps ✌🏻
