Hello dears, ഈ വീഡിയോ കണ്ടിട്ട് ഞാൻ 20 പീസ് ചുരിദാർ മെറ്റീരിയൽസ് ഓർഡർ ചെയ്തു.. ഫുൾ പേയ്‌മെന്റ് ചെയ്തിരുന്നു.. 3days കഴിഞ്ഞു ഇന്ത്യൻ പോസ്റ്റൽ വഴി മെറ്റീരിയൽ അയച്ചു എന്ന് മെസ്സേജ് കിട്ടി.. 10 ഡേയ്‌സ് കഴിഞ്ഞു പാർസൽ എത്തി. 20 പീസ് ഓർഡർ ചെയ്തു പേയ്‌മെന്റ് ചെയ്തിട്ടു 10 പീസ് ആണ് പാർസലിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നത്.. 10 പീസ് ചുരിദാർ മെറ്റീരിയൽ missing.. ഇതു ഞാൻ ഇൻഫോം ചെയ്തു but ഇപ്പോൾ അവർ കാൾ എടുക്കില്ല, മെസ്സേജ് റിപ്ലൈ കിട്ടുന്നില്ല .. എനിക്ക് 7000/ രൂപയോളം നഷ്ടം വന്നു.... അതുകൊണ്ട് ദയവായി ഓർഡർ ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുൻപ് , പോസ്റ്റൽ ആയി അയക്കുന്നതിനു ഓർഡർ കൊടുക്കുന്നതിനും മുമ്പ് ഒന്നുടെ ആലോചിക്കണം... ഇതെന്റെ അനുഭവം ആണ്

Our team is already working on this issue. We had a word with you and working our best to resolve the issue with India post. There is no discrepancy from our side as we already shared the relevant details with you and showed you all the correct details of dispatch and you agreed the same. Rs. 377/- രൂപ postel ചാർജ് ആണ്.. but അവർ Rs. 540/- രൂപ ചാർജ് ചെയ്തു.... ഒന്നും രണ്ടും രൂപ അല്ല 7000/- രൂപയോളം നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട ഒരു സാധരണ ക്കാരന്റെ സാഹചര്യം മനസിലാക്കണം. ഓൺലൈൻ ബിസിനസ്‌ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ കുറച്ച് ഉത്തരവാദിത്തം ഉണ്ടായിക്കണം..
