All that green bubble wrap is the real deal and that box was incredibly well packaged. Got my GR300 from them in October and it was easily the most well packaged, carefully setup bike I've ever seen packaged from anyone. This coming from a guy that worked at a bike shop for several years and has bought/sold over 150 bikes on eBay/Pink Bike. Incredible job from the logistics team at Lynskey.

Not sure why I came across this video after owning my GR250 for over 5 years. I think I was emailing with an "Alex" back then. Still loving the bike after 15k miles.
I love your bikes. I have 2, shortly to be 3. Quality and longevity at a great price. A suggestion: you really need a dedicated microphone closer to you if you're going to do more of these videos. Alex's voice is faint and tinny and difficult to hear. Also, a background and some close-ups of discrete operations? Love your work. I rave about my bikes to all my friends and a couple of them have bought from you as well.
Hey Alex, Thanks for the video. I received my Helix Pro in November, unfortunately out of country since then, so haven’t had the chance to ride yet; still in the box in Montreal. I have a question about the battery, should I charge at the beginning? Also, does it come with the connector for wireless setting through iphone? Regards, Suk..
Sorry for the delay in response Suk. You'll need to get the bluetooth attachment for that connectivity. The battery should have some charge to it for sure, but a full charge before a long haul is suggested.
