I have had very good luck with the JVC. DD-7 that i have and even if you count the cost of refurbishing I have 425.00 in it. I chose this deck with care and I believe that it will go another 40 years with the proper care. Research is very important when considering vintage gear. Find out where the problems lie with any gear and see if it is worth it to you, because it will not be worth it to someone else! Keep up the good work, Bruce. I pray that you and your wife have many more years together.

Knowledge wise, I'm a newbie, but age wise I'm an oldie. In fact, I'm older than you Bruce.
The only thing I have right now is basically Spotify and of course CZcams. My goal is to get good sounding Hi-Fi system where I can listen to both digital and analog. And like most people I would have to do that in stages. So I was thinking about getting a digital streaming system going first.
Here's my question. Could I purchase the new WiiM Amp and use that and not get a separate amp? You have an excellent channel BTW.
