You could try turning the key to the on-position (before ignition) waiting 10 seconds, and then do it again. Should hear the fuel pump prime and it should be enough pressure for your car to turn over (twice is enough don’t do it too much).
After that you can do ECU relearn (you’ll have to search it up for your car) but generally speaking I would drive 20 minutes in the city and 20 on the highway at various speeds.

Yeah the ecu has to relearn on these subies, had a similar issue starting up my 02 wrx with the new motor last night, wouldn’t start originally because I had the immobiliser unplugged then it just had to relearn idle and startup, after that ran great
