These videos are so helpful! I wish I had found them so much earlier in life, lol 😊 tysm!
I just recently discovered your channel and sure do wish I had learned of it sooner. I had breast reconstruction and lymph nodes removed several years ago, and your videos are a blessing to me. I have been doing some of them for about 4 weeks and I can feel the difference.
This is video is great for me because I have fibrocystic breast and I don’t like to use bras when I’m at home . Thank you !!
Use ice pack in the bras and have to try that! Use cold towel last night: felt real good!
Once in the bra, try rebounding to work the whole lymphatic system. Exercises here are good too. Lymphatic system only moves when you move says my therapist. Castor oil helps topically with a flannel cloth❤🎉❤ Research it!!!
Where to get them as no Amazon in Pakistan
Kelly, any advice for a lymphocele in the wiener? I tried massaging it out one night with a heating pad and my fingers but it made it bigger the next day. It's been there for months now. My doc said it's harmless and it'll go away on its own. I would just love any advice to make it drain quicker. I'm sure you have some knowledge to share on this. Thanks so much! You're a godsend. 🙏🏻
I don't like my compression bra. I had to tighten it up but it seems like I have more pain with it on. I had reconstruction surgery after double mastectomy. Then I had a reoccurrence of cancer on right side and then I had radiation and now have lymphedema. I had a couple of lymph nodes out on both sides of under arm in original surgery. The therapist did massage, but it just comes back a couple of hours later.
Where to get it in India?
Kelly, I know you realize I watch your videos, and you are so helpful! Im definitely an advocate for Lymphadema. I have it as well. I was wondering how I could email you. I have some questions. I'd really appreciate your input. I understand that putting your email address on here could be an issue, so I'm trying to figure out how to contact you
Are there options for those of us with unusually negative reactions to the synthetic fabrics used in most compression garments? I get skin breakdown from synthetics like nylon and polyester. I have yet to find ANY compression garments I can tolerate on my skin (except for the merino wool socks I've been able to find from Sockwell & the like), especially the edging materials often used (this includes the "gripper" areas on a lot of them too.) Also, are there any options for people (like myself and a few others in my support group) who have active/symptomatic hiatal hernias that cannot tolerate compression over the upper abdomen/right under the breasts? Or, in fact, have issues (in these cases, trauma related) with compression AT ALL across the chest/breasts or upper back/shoulder blades? These are not just "don't like it" or "get used to it" issues--they are panic attack inducing & in fact, for at least 3 of us in my local support group, made our surgeries and recoveries exceptionally difficult. We didn't wear even "normal" forms of bras due to these issues. Radiation has meant K-taping isn't a viable option (causes nasty welts from adhesive) and any sort of bandaging is still compression. I'd love to see you explore this if possible. For myself and others (we can't be the only ones in this boat!) And none of us seem to have care teams that can provide satisfactory assistance so far. Thank you for all you do! You're a wonderful resource for so many of us.
Cool! But it doesn't help, if your cycle will be on this week! Had a Lumpectomy & breast lift surgery last week! Recovery is okay. Has the special bras, wearing. Thanks for information
