Thanks for the video. I'm going to try this routine.
Thank you for what you do on this channel. You provide me with hope that this can me managed to some extent. My biggest problem after lower legs is significant swelling in face which is getting to the point where leaving the house takes more courage than I have available some days. 😊
Love these! Thank you for coming out with a new rebounder video! The benefits are great too!
ty, thank you.. even though i'm post chemo I still need to exercise and i just ordered a rebounder so, keep the low impact coming..
Jeez Kelly I got winded just watching you! 😀 Pointing out that a workout like this is great for the lymphatics among other benefits is a fantastic idea! As always, great job!!
That got my heart going! My one bad(swollen) leg is so uncomfortable now, which I hope means something positive. I’ll be doing this a couple of time a day.
I love my rebounder ❤ Thank you ❤
Thanks so much!
Thank You ❤
Love it!❤
Thank you
I'm dealing with Glioblastoma. It's been 3 years and I'm still going go into surgery again. Or before surgery came over again and I'm trying to stay as fit as I can. Thank you for the Bounder stuff, and we'll see where things go. Thank you.
I like the disclaimer at the start of the video...consult your physician..etc. The reality of someone with edema, lymphedema, etc, who is overweight and trying to establish a fitness routine, doing these exercises is "hopeful," at best. You are in great shape. I am at the "health bounce" stage.
Thanks for the reminder! I ❤️ my Bellicon, got it like new on craigslist and saved some $$. I’ve never worn shoes while rebounding though. Should I try it?
Many go barefoot or wear their gripped socks. It's preference or comfort in my opinion 🙂
Hello, thanks for the great informations. Can i do those exercices with a weaken pelvic floor and prolapses? Thanks 😊
I'm not sure about the prolapse, but for a weak pelvic floor only do a health bounce where your feet do not leave the mat. You can hold a six inch squishy exercise ball in between your inner thighs while you health bounce. This should help strengthen your pelvic floor. It may take a few months before you can jump with your feet leaving the mat.
How often do you need to do this in one day.
Make.a video on lymphatic tuberculosis
Thank you for your videos! You're helping me with my lipadema and my friend post cancer treatment.
There is one coming :) and MLD after exercise is wonderful as they both move fluid! but whatever fits consistently in someone's schedule is always what I encourage
Does a skipping rope work the same for our lymphatic system?
This was really helpful before I even knew I had cancer
Sending you my very best!
Super but what about age?
What can I do if this is not an option for me I have Cerebral Palsy balance is an issue as is mobility some days more than others that said it is always a challenge. I am recovering from cancer in my neck I had chemo and radiation treatments. Thank you-
Any and all movement or exercise is great! I have various kinds of exercises: pool, seated or chair, and laying exercises, too. Here is a link to a playlist: czcams.com/play/PLEMlEDKDlobmKbKZ0mbbBEHWgyJ1R7BSP.html&si=56IFm00R4LHrPQFG
Is there any science that claims rebounding can cause, or is not good for weak bladders?
Love this workout. What do you recommend for maximum benefit? How long?
I live in a condo - does this make a loud sound when you workout?
No. The Bellicon is pretty quiet.
Pls turn on closed captions 😢😮😊
I checked and they are set to on from the backend, but for some reason they aren't showing up. I wonder if it's because most of this video doesn't have any speaking. I'll keep looking into it. Sorry!
I don't have a trampoline. Do I do it on the bed?
You / we can do those exercises without trampoline.
Less pressure on knees if done on rebounder
I see you are wearing shoes. Would recommend shoes vs no shoes?
It's preference! They have grippy socks, too, that some use.
Thank you!@@CancerRehabPT
