I am 7 yrs experienced and working in tcs. Should I join cognizant in 2023 with 80% hike? I am concerned about 10 hrs working and layoff rate of employees in cognizant. Plz suggest.
See you are very much experienced and I must say you are getting a good offer.if you are concerned about the work timing it depends not all projects are bad in cognizant I have seen many good managers and people enjoying there.
It all depends on project my friend there are many projects in cts where managers are cool and supportive.it's the manager who makes the work place worst not the clients or company
