No there will be no impact on your salary
Do we have to spend 9 hours in front of the laptop full time during work from home? as it's mandatory average 9 hours per month.
Monthly average is 9hrs.. there is nothing like screen time at CTS

Hlo sir... I'm selected in cognizant as a genc programee training... Still my onboarding pass not generated... So i wanted to know that what kind of work we will get.. Bcz of covid we. Not worked on our final year project.. So I'm not gud in coding and all... So plz could u tell me what kind of work we will get their so that before the joining I can improve my self
In big MNCs like CTS we can't predict what we will get, it can be anything like as a developer, tester or might be in support.

If your manager and team understands hindi, you can talk in hind as well.
In office meetings English is mandatory

It totally Depends on positions, manager's rating, individual's performance.. but anyways CTS gives good hike compared to other MNCs

Why u switch to other company? CTS is not good for fresher as Genc Developer?
