2. quality over quantity - is common in germany. ask for extra time if needed.

6. 11:14 work life balance is so important in germany.
7. 12:30-14:14 professional world means professional strictly.

India mein moring waste karte hain office mein. They will go for tea break and start work at 11:30
In India there is a lot of support at home with hired help and family so staying back at work is possible...In Germany you need to leave your office in time to pick up your child from daycare and do all the house work.. All this is taken care of in India...
