    1) Did my masters in CS from a German university and even after 1 year I couldn't get a job. It's not easy, just 10% of Indians studying here can get a job in Germany/EU.
    2) All companies ask for German proficiency at least C1 level and 5+ years of relevant experience in the skill shortage occupations. Learn all about software stuff in German which is very complicated.

Also which university did you study masters in Germany?

    • @rh334
      @rh334 Před rokem +4

      @@raghav5903
      1) It looks good from the outside. The quality of education is not that great. Companies prefer Germans or EU candidates over Indians. I rarely see Indians getting any job or internship.
      2) I did it from RWTH. In my batch, just 10% of Indians got a job. Mostly girls.
Lots of Indians are coming with 10+ years of experience so it's really difficult due to the competition.
No one cares about your degree.
No one will give you an internship. No one will train you from scratch.
You need to prove that you are much smarter than the German/EU candidate.
Having good experience and language proficiency is extremely important.
      3) Lots of other options rather than wasting money here. Come here on a job seeker's visa.
Part-time jobs are nearly impossible, and room rent + other expenses can easily cost 650 -850 Euros per month.
      5) Salaries are not good. Just 30k average salary, after tax it will be 1800 Euroes so can't save anything and can't live like rich life - separate apartment, traveling regularly and eating out regularly.
You will sometimes feel having a 10LPA job in India is far better.
And now with the recession, a lot of Indians are fired. And it's getting more expensive to live here.
      5) And if you are coming here to make German friends or marry a German girl then forget it. Most Germans hang out with Europeans only and are racist toward Indians. You will be left alone and soon after a few months it becomes depressing - no friends, loneliness, bad food, bad weather, and struggle for jobs. German women always prefer a White guy even if he is dumb, unemployed, divorced father, and alcoholic.
Just make a profile on the dating apps you will get to know.
      6) Still, if you want to come then better learn German C1 level, clear some exams, and have 3-4 years of experience. Plan accordingly.

yes it is very much possible however I would like to know what is the specialisation. we need to identify the niche and then penetrate the European market. Ups killing has to be a continuous process.

This is completely misleading information. Its not easy. I have 3 years total exp and 1 yr relevant experience in a specific domain. I applied for multiple jobs from Linkedin, Jobborse, Kumeta, Stepstone for the role where I had 1 year experience but the jobs needed 2-3 yrs. I got rejected for interviews. i had no interview calls. I even did not receive interview calls for Junior roles and for roles where it was written atleast 1-3 years experience. I was applying from India. I tried a lot. MS is a better option it seems now
