I joined cts at Kolkata location and in less than 1 month they are asking me to come to chennai and I am from uttar pradesh so is there any way to change reporting location and if I resign so I need to go to Kolkata to submit assets

Hiii i joined in cognizant company in September 2022 and on january 16th I did resignation and they provide the salary for jan month on march 2023 i.e 20k inn that they mentioned full and final settlement..
And all my teammates got the 86k notice period salary ..
Now i will get the notice period salary or not ????

If you have served 3 months np/company laid off you then only you will get complete amount during your np

No need to go office bro... You should serve your notice period from home only... RTO attendance is impacting on annual ratings and yearly appraisal etc.. but you are already on notice period just serve notice period honestly thts it.. 👍🏻

It can be reduced , but can you confirm, that does the experience Letter contains our role description of what we did in cognizant, tech stack....etc
As per company norms notice period is 90 days, and my last day will be after the 90 days or how long it takes

For example if you resigned today then your last working day will be 90 days from today.

I am currently in notice period. I submitted resignation on March 5. I didn't get salary today. In payslip it's showing salary withheld. What should I do?
Withheld means your salary for this month is on hold. You will get both salary in next month payroll no need to worry.
@@chamanmodi8077 it is a common practice in Most of the MNCs when you are on NP they will hold first month salary and will be given during FNF in some cases.

NP is 3 months for all but you can check with your RM and HR after resignation since your are on bench.
One of my friend left during the training period , she was released within a week..I guess the notice period would be less if am not into any project

@@syamalanagulapalli2404 after resignation you will get auto generated email for acceptance within 30 minutes. And after a week if everything is good then you will get email mentioning your LWD, in this email everything will be mentioned clearly.
Today I got a mail stating LWD and about some forms but I can't find those forms in clearance app in 1C

NP is 3 months for all but If you are on a bench then your notice period may vary, and you can discuss with your HR if you want early release.

I’ve not received any such mails till now and there is no update from manager as well. Ive submitted letter yesterday
