Hi iam experienced , In ibegin, my evaluation is completed on Nov 30th 2022. HR said offer letter is initiated and approvals is pending due to budget issue. It's Feb 2023, I still didn't receive offer letter. Will I get offer letter. HR is not responding now. I already contacted carrers helpline and mail but still didn't get any response. I already mailed all persons in interview mail.
It's been more 2 months, i suggest you to stop wasting your time and move on with some other opportunities.

Hi Sir, I attended walk-in on 21st Jan and cleared TR and MR. Also had discussed with HR regarding expected salary. Cleared the rounds and uploaded the documents on the same day, iBegin portal shows Evaluation in Progress. It's been more than 45 days. No response from HR. Tried calling HR but no response. Even Toll free no response, just cut the call when I asked about the status. Please suggest how to proceed next.
If HR not responding then Try to reach out your interviewer, you must be having email id of him and ask him the status.

How much time taking for documents verification
Hi my tr and mr was done on 7 th March next day i received a mail that I have been shortlisted,and i need to upload documents,then on 20 th March hr called me to join in meet link and he took screenshot of my face with pan and then uploaded that document in my portal,after that all my documents got verified same day,and my interview status changed to evaluated,but since I have not received any mail or call from hr,i did sent mail to hiring manager but no response till today what should I do now
Hello, i understand your concern but let me tell you one thing nowadays everyone is facing similar issues due to slow down in hiring process but yeah if your status is evaluated then you must receive offer within 2 weeks but as said depending upon the current situation we can wait till 1 month, i have seen many cases like yours in last 3 months some of them received offer after 2 months also. Wait patiently.

I have 2+ years of experience.i got job in tcs but I am working in two companies previous company no bank statements and present company all documents is there.tcs is asking for both 2 company Bank statements or only present company Bank statements tell me
It's really up to them to ask the bank statement, and if they ask then they will ask for your entire career. I have seen many cases where they didn't ask for the statement.
After getting mail to submit documents in track status was from last 4 months onwards evaluation in process what I need to and HR also not responding and when I send revert mail I didn't response also

I have given interview in TCS on 17 th January, which went well thereafter got couple of calls to upload relevant documents(18th January) which was done and now ibegin portal showing the status of interview as evaluation in progress and documents verification is in pending. What's the further process for me?
After verifying the documents, you will get call from HR for HR round, post that you will receive offer letter.
It will take 2 weeks of time to complete the process, please wait.

Yes you can change the address later after you join the company. And smart id card you can change it on the first day of your joining.

Sir, total I had 3.6 years of years. I worked in two organisation. 1st organisation is Non-IT and 2nd organisation is IT.
I do have all salary statements and PF of two organisations.
Recently, i got offer letter from TCS, i had shown total experience as IT. I haven’t changed any document of my 1st organisation, Designation: Quality Supervisor.
Does it cause any problem during BGC? What to do?

When I will call from tcs hr team. In that mail they mentioned A Spoc from the Talent Acquisitions Group of TCS will be contacting you shortly but nobody contacting to me till now.

Minimum 1 week of time it will take and if the business approvals are pending then it will take 2 weeks.

I am done with the interview March 2 date and March 3 i received an email from tcs regarding uploading documents. I have issue with my ibegan portal and I am cal with tcs help desk and resolve issues. Now march 20 i had submitted all my documents. Still my profile showing in ibegan portal is profile created status.
In the portal all documents status is showing verified except pan card is showing pending.

If you have uploaded documents then no need to worry, overall process will take 3 to 4 weeks to complete and receive offer.

Today I have sent an email to one of the high level hr in the tcs. Previous who scheduled the interview for me that hr next level manager I am adding to the email conversation.
When I am sent an email next 30 min am getting a cal for one of hr in the tcs. She told me that so many time I am calling with you but your mobile is out of courage area this time words she telling to me.

Please note that TCS will not send you offer letter to your email, you will get offer letter in ibegin portal. If you have received it in ibegin portal then it is genuine.

I have successfully passed the technical interview at TCS for the position of Network Admin in a walk in interview conducte at 13 may 2023 in Kochi. I have a total of 3.4 years of experience, with one year in IT and 2.4 years as a Network Admin. During the HR round, I initially asked for a CTC of 4.5 lakhs, but when I realized the position was in Kochi, I requested a CTC of 5 lakhs. However, my request was denied, and it was reverted back to 4.5 lakhs. I also asked if it would be possible to avoid PF and ESI deductions, but unfortunately, it was not possible. I haven't received the offer letter yet. Given the circumstances, would it be appropriate to ask for a CTC of 4.8 lakhs?
Yes you can ask 4.8 i hope they will accept since it is not a very big amount you are asking for hike.

Hi very minor change right nothing will happen no need to worry, and joining date will be reflected in portal minimum 20 days it will take from the date of accepting offer.

I receiver offer letter on 31 Aug 2022.my tentative joining date was 26 September 2022.my BGC is not completed yet.HR asking for bank statement.but my previous company was small scale,hence they paying us on saving account who not having name of company or salary remark on statement.also they don't provide form 16. And now HR saying that we not able to onboard you till your BGC completed successfully
For your case, it completely depends on HR policy, if you can try to provide form 16 atleast from your previous employer then they may accept.

I applied for passport and I don't have now what should I do.
No need to worry, you can upload the requested documents in begin, it will be moved automatically to bgc page, and regarding your joining date you can see it in your ibegin portal under joining date

After completing the HR round you will get offer within 2 weeks of time. During this time your documents will be verified, after verifying everything you will get offer. Please wait patiently.

No need to worry, you can submit affidavit on the day of joining. Even I have submitted affidavit on my first day of onboarding.

After the TR/MR interview if you have cleared it successfully then you will get email to upload the documents, after uploading HR will verify your documents and will call you. This process will take time upto 3 weeks

please reply me ..... Ma'am I had given my interview on 29 October 2022 for TCS Digital/Ninja unpaid. and all my friends except 5 got their rejection mail or offer letter. I did not get any response for the same. and still the status is batched. so how much time they will take to give me results or there is no chance???????
If the status is batched then they might release offer in upcoming batch, please wait for sometime, TCS will release offer letters in bulk for freshers.

Hi brother, I have cleared TR and MR and got shortlisted mail on 28th dec, and uploaded doc on same day. and on 6th Jan status in ibegin changed to evaluation in progress. I haven't received any call from HR regarding salary discussion till now. I tried to reach out. But they are not answering my calls and not responding on mails too.. can you suggest how can I handle this situation.
Please keep track the status in ibegin, and try to reach your interviewer(you must be having email id) and let them know your situation, you will definitely get the solution.

@@whootalks2039 Haan Brother , i called to careers help line around 1 pm yesterday, they pushed it to another level (might be manager) . HR called me within 30 minutes. I had salary discussion with her. They said it will take around another 1 or 2 week's for approvals... The process is very slow brother . Might be due to bulk hiring in TCS.

Hi sir attended tcs and got offer letter for but in my offer my non it experience also added to it experience i have only 2.5 year software exp but in my offer 6.6 years added including my non it experience.will tcs hr change my years of relevant experience sir
Yes you can convey them whatever your relevant experience is there you can mention they will update.

Hi bro,had salary discussion with HR on Feb 1st and still my ibegin portal status showing profile created only. I call to hr they are not responding my call and email,
So what i have to do?
You have completed the HR discussion call right, then please wait sometimes it may take more time to receive offer.

So for you he is asking directly to upload documents right, so you can assume that technical will not happen again.

If you have received email for uploading documents then you have cleared the first round of interview, if you have received the email then upload the documents and wait for the HR for further updates.
