It pisses me off knowing that we may likely never truly know what raiden did after revengance. did he go full on villain?
He essentially bought into what Armstrong was saying and in essence it’s implied he’s the head of a PMC now and he’s probably on some crusade to rehab child soldiers across the world or something like that since he seemed pretty miffed about the cyborg vr kids stuff, but more raiden is definitely needed.

He's intent on bringing down the war-machine economy/government thing that Armstrong was trying to stop. While he disagreed with Armstrong's methods, he did know that what he was trying to do was right in the end; which was the goal of stopping the constant spread of misinformation and violence by the Patriots' remaining castes and systems. However, he didn't want to be shackled by laws or goals -- so, Raiden strikes out on his own to do it himself. This is implied by the lyrics in the credit song.

For me he pretty much a combined mix of previous heroes.
He help make the whole world more united/ at peace (The Boss)
Care about victims from war and soldiers (Big Boss)
Try to make what is right while following his own path (Solid Snake)
Fight for Freedom and won't mind shed blood if needed even if he will apears as a monster/bad guy (Solidus Snake, Sam work too but i found Solidus more symbolic for he is his 'Father').

Guys. Just to let you know, Raiden is not evil in the end. He is just using Armstrong's methods for good

And before you bring the 'not many cybernetic parts' i will use Sam's own words don't bring a tool to sword fight.
@@desolatortrooper7196 another point , just because Sam doesn't have any other cybernetical enhancements other than his hand, didn't mean he wasn't enhanced. He still wore that dummythicc suit which enhanced his physical capabilities.
