Doug! I got a Foodi for Christmas!!! I'm so excited to start cooking your recipes. Thank you for all this knowledge you share!
Thanks Doug! Looks like it turned out great.. can't wait to try it. Hope you had a wonderful Christmas.
Thanks Doug I always enjoy your videos and learn from them too! Have a blessed Christmas
Love all your recipies Doug. Thank you so much, i don't have the Ninja Foodi yet, but sure want and need one bad health wise. So I watch for when and if I can ever get one.
You crazy guy! Merry Christmas. I never even heard of pork loin until I moved to Iowa.
Tried this tonight when my parents came over for dinner. Worked perfect and tasted so tender and great!
3 years late to the party, but just tried making this. It turned our perfectly after making the adjustments you suggested! So much easier than futzing with an oven. Thank you for making this video!
Thank you for walking me through this. We got one for Christmas and it looks so intimidating lol
Merry Christmas Doug that looks delicious...
Not afraid of success! Love it!
Merry Christmas to you Doug, and your family and all of your fan's..
"Virgin tight fit"
I am officially DECEASED!!!! Time of death 2:44 🤣
You caught that 😅🤣😂😂
I rewound it to continue laughing lol.
My hubby already said when I'm watching these videos they very much can sound like a Porn DIY.. ( he's not watching, just hearing me watching them)
So, yeah.. I lost it too 😜😂🤣😂🤣
Merry Christmas Doug. I'm thinking of doing a beef roast just like you did the pork loin. I hope I'm as successful at it as you were.
Doug, I love your videos. I bet your family loves you for making so many fine dishes for them. As an alternative to your fine recipe, try using English Strongbow hard cider for pressure cooking the pork. It is available in most supermarkets. I pressure cook first before spraying olive oil on the meat and adding the spices. I then use the Air Crisp setting to finish it off. Like you, I always use paprika to add color and flavor. Paprika, as I am sure you know is a great way to give a roasted chicken or a turkey that beautiful dark, orange, gold finish.
Your recipes are always delicious. Thank you for sharing.
Great job Doug!
Doug, I follow many of your Recipes and without fail the food was good. It was my first time cooking a pork loin and I followed your instructions to the tee and it came out sooo tender and good. I will definitely make this again but cook for less time because mine was a Pound bigger than yours and I cook it longer but it still came out delicious. Thank you and keep doing your videos😋👍🏾
Looks just about perfect to me just like that!
another success merry christmas to you and family
Liked and subscribed!! Thanks for the video!!
Beautiful!
Merry Christmas!! 🎄🎁🎅🏾🤶🏾
I need that gravy separater thingy but can't find the link. I'm a little late to the party. Just got my Ninja Foodi today and doing this pork roast for dinner. Great video btw 😁
I like the way you show and talk about the cooking , you my favorite to lesson cooking with the ninjas foodi 14 in 1 🙂👍
Wait... You have NEVER had pork loin???
Awwww Man!!! I'm just excited to see what you think about this cut!! One of my favorite pieces! I buy whole loin & cut it up myself into 3/ 4 different meals!!
Great cheap cut of meat, you can do anything with!❣️
Merry Christmas Doug love your videos can u do Teriyaki ham steak tried a couple of times in the air fryer always overcooked
I can't wait to try. What was the gravy equipment you used?
Pork loves garlic! Or at least mine does. looks good Doug.
Lookin' good, Doug. Gotta loin thawing.... I'm gonna do it same...
and Merry Christmas to you and family good buddy......🙏🏼
Merry Christmas Doug
Thank you for the help, Just got mine for Christmas,,, COOK SOME RIBS FIRST,,,,THEY WERE AWESOME
It’s looks yummy & Happy Holidays to you & your family.
Thank you for showing the middle of it and thanks for clear instructions.
Looks great & very juicy, I would cook mine on your temp & time as well.
Merry Christmas to you all.
I'm going to be cooking this for dinner tomorrow.
I made one in my ninja foodi and it turned out amazing.............
I bought a jar of that better than bullion but the jar was cracked so, I haven't tried it yet. Hope you had a good holiday😁 No Air Crisp? No Gravy?
If I make this with an 8 pound roast do I need to double the cooking time? Sorry, I'm new to Foodi pressure cooking!
Thank you so much for putting this together!
Little over 3 lbs pork loin. Spritz on EVOO, and then use smoked paprika, pink salt, Blk pepper, and garlic as a rub. Put some EVOO in the pot and saute each side.. remove meat....add liquid and rack and let it come to boil, add meat, turn off.... and then PC for 25 minutes....then NPR 5 minutes then release.
Since it was undercooked in the video, maybe instead PC for 25 minutes and NPR 15 minutes or PC for 27 minutes and NPR for 10 minutes?
Doug Merry Christmas ... How do you like being youtuber any advise. For i am thinking about starting a cooking channel?
Listen man that virgin tight fit comment right there just made me laugh so hard you can't believe. I watch the channel it is great. I'm learning from it keep up the good work.
Yeah that was not appropriate terminology right there...really??? Sounds like a pervert lmao!!
Pedro, I thought the same thing 🤣
@@wendycraine2460 Wow, really....It's called humor. Might want to be less prude.
hey doug also try making a pork shoulder and where did you get that rack for your ribs i couldn't find it on amazon just got my foodi and i'm ready to try all the different meats i even went to the website and couldn't find it. could you help a sister out
Pork loin makes great, lean pulled pork BBQ. Just add sauce.
Lets take a proper bite :) I like it!
How long would you cook a 1.7 pork lion
I'll be making this shortly. I'm going to use Lipton Onion Soup Mix as the water/gravy to see how that will work out. Hasn't failed me before, and if it does, experience. I'll report the results.
How was it?
@@Cegtalk2u It turned out AMAZING! I've made it multiple times since my post.
Sorry, youtube and my phone aren't friends, didn't see your question.
That pork roast is exactly the way I like it. Make some gravy by stirring in a little flour, serve over rice with some Trappey's butter beans & juice for added measure and you have a meal for a king!
Awesome video. What device did you use to separate the fat for your gravy?.
Why would you pressure cook it vs baking or roasting it? It would seem to me the lean meat would get dry in a pressure cooker. BTW pink pork is a proper cook. I think if you would have done your original pressure cook then used the oven/bake feature of the Foodi to bring it to temp you could better control the temperature by being able to check it without having to release the pressure. Just a thought.
Because my fans wanted to see it :)
@@COOKINGWITHDOUG Fair enough lol.
Cut loin in half (cut ends show doneness better). Seared 1 min. on each side. Pressure cooked with 1 cup of broth water for 15 min. with a natural pressure release of 15 min to get to 175 degrees. Much juicier and more deliciouso!
Time and energy.
Looked tough. If it were an option, would you recommend smoking the pork instead of using the Ninja?
Looks good. Could you speak up a bit.. I could not hear you over the sauteing of the meat. Your voice kept fading in and out as you stepped away from the mic.
Nice! But the fit could have been left out.
When you gonna start a Weight Watchers channel??😂
Hey Doug what’s the name of the pressure cooker insta pot Facebook group ? Thanks
Well it's all pressure cookers.. Pressure cooking with Doug
Virgin type fit? Did I hear you right? Lol.
No taste test, no slice, no juicy video demo, WTF BRO!
You tried it the fuck out!
Internal cooking temperature for pork is 145°!
You pressed it and absolutely no moisture came out and you have the audacity to say it’s still moist tfooh!!!
You just pissed me off of this video!
Tasty seasoning though!
Lol
Ya moms!
