    Tom, love your videos. I'm amazed how many times you make something in your video that I'm already planning to have for dinner so I don't need to look up the recipe.

    New minimum pork temp is 145 degrees. Comes out way better after a 5 minute rest.

    Tom,
    That looks really good and I'm adding that to the list of things to cook in my Foodi.
    I have noticed that in a number of your videos you wear gloves when handling food and I think that it's a positive example.
    Your using a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature and in other videos of yours you show other ways to make sure that the finished food is properly done are more positive examples.
    I also like the fact that you point out the settings and operations you do on the Foodi. You never know when this might be the first video that someone not familiar with it is watching.
    In this video, it looks to me like after you take the tenderloin out of the original package you are putting the uncooked meat on a plate and then after the tenderloin is done you are putting it on an identical looking plate. I'm pretty sure that your cooked tenderloin is going onto a clean plate that's either one from the same set of matching dishes or you thoroughly washed the plate after the raw meat was on it. I think it wood be a good idea in future videos to mention the danger of possible contamination so rookies won't make that mistake.
    I'm looking forward to your future videos.

    6:15, "Oh yeah" doesn't tell us what the temp was. So in the end, how long did you cook it and to what temp?

  • @noel888
    @noel888 Před 4 lety +2

    I think you have to preheat for 5 minutes before you put the meat in, so that first 15 minutes you had set for, was actually only for 10.

    • @mikeboothe
      @mikeboothe Před 4 lety +1

      Anthony yes, you’re right. In your instruction booklet that came with it, it says to preheat the pot before you put the food in.

      If you preheat for 5 mins before you use it it should only take about 15-18 mins for that cut of meat
