- Trooper's Report:
On 4/5/24 at approximately 2239 hours, I, Trooper M. Leddon, was traveling north on US 67/167 before the Redmond Road
Exit. I noticed a black Ford Edge bearing AR LPN 268URK traveling directly in front of me. I noticed the vehicle change lanes
from the number three lane to the number two lane. I noticed half of the vehicle crossed into the number one lane. The vehicle
then drove with its passenger side tires over the lane marking. The vehicle continued driving this way for short distance.
I activated my emergency lights to conduct a traffic stop. I noted the vehicle did not initially acknowledge my lights by either
slowing down, nor accelerating. I followed the vehicle past the Redmond Road exit. The vehicle continued to the Main Street
exit. The vehicle then stopped at the light at Main Street and waited to turn left. The vehicle also activated its flashers. Once the
light turned green, the vehicle proceeded through the intersection. The vehicle then made a right turn onto Marshal Road. The
vehicle in front of the suspect stopped to yield to me. The vehicle then switched lanes and passed the vehicle. I then activated
my sirens and notified dispatch the vehicle was failing to yield. Since the vehicle had passed several suitable locations to stop,
and the driving behavior, I suspected the driver may be intoxicated. I feared the potential intoxicated driver could cause an
accident with other traffic, so I began to position my vehicle to the rear driver side of the vehicle to conduct a Tactical Vehicle
Intervention (TVI). The vehicle then quickly accelerated away from me.
I notified dispatch I was in pursuit of the vehicle. The vehicle continued north on Marshal Road reaching speeds of
approximately 70 mph. The vehicle then turned off its flashers, and activated it right turn signal. I then fell in line behind the
vehicle. The vehicle began to slow down and make a right turn to travel east on Gregory Street. I struck the rear of the vehicle
with the front of my push bumper. The vehicle continued on Gregory Street. I checked the area ahead of us and noted no other
vehicles present and did not see any pedestrians. I then aligned the front passenger side of my patrol unit with the rear driver
side of the suspect vehicle to perform a TVI. The vehicle began to slow down at the same time I attempted the TVI. The vehicle
partially rotated, at which time, the front of my vehicle slid off the vehicle. I then struck the rear of the vehicle again. The vehicle
then began to drive away again, at which time the driver stopped his vehicle.
I exited my patrol unit and drew my service weapon. I gave commands to the driver to show me his hands and exit the vehicle.
The driver complied with my commands and was placed on the ground in front of my patrol unit. The passenger was given
commands to exit and walk to the front of my patrol unit. Both occupants were handcuffed. The driver was then identified as
Terrell Davis-Curtis. I secured Terrell in my patrol unit. Jacksonville Police and other ASP personnel arrived on scene. I
conducted a search of the vehicle, as well as its occupants, and located no contraband. The passenger was released from
custody due to her not being involved in any criminal activity. The vehicle was towed by Ryno Wrecker.
I asked Terrell if he sustained any injuries and if he needed any medical assistance. Terrell stated he was ok and did no need
medical assistance. I transported Terrell to the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility for booking.
Terrell was booked in for

It's so nice that they had a family reunion on the side of the road.
Bought a tear to muh eye, it did. 🥲
I thought she was just a translator or interpreter, pretty handy to have those just pop out of nowhere
Will be enjoying another family reunion when he gits to prison.
yeah....happy families.....what a party.....
they usually do it in jail so yeah, this was very heartwarming
He should have just pulled over. He had ZERO reason to run, yet he did. What an idiot.
Can't fix STOOPID.
100% idiot
From the 1000's of videos like this it is clearly evident that a certain culture just doesn;t understand how the law work. LAW 101-See Cop Car chasing you--Pull over. what;s so difficult?
He just wanted to get home so he could study to be a future engineer and scientist.
@@TheSledgehammer205 Should've been atudying law.
nice to see the parents actually acting the way they are supposed to. also notice how the driver and passenger both followed directions and nothing bad happened to them? crazy how that works!
That lane change in front of the cop was about the worst lane change ever! Real bright one here!! 🤣
Dispatch: "what lane is he in?" Trooper: uhhhh....ALL OF THEM!🤣🤣
it’s like he had a crush on the Trooper and didn’t know how to meet him otherwise.
@@JoeOvercoatunfortunately for him, my son is happily taken lol.
Why is it always the same people???
Glad to see his mother had some common sense.
Too little, too late.
because contrary to the media, we don't have a race problem. we have a problem race.
@@Algorythmfpv I guess you guys only watch the ones with black people. There are just as many of these videos with white people but, I guess your racism makes you blind to them.
It's always them, Boo Boo

No way I would turn my back on ppl walking up on me.
John wick sounding ahhh
@@theunluckycharm9637 No...common sense...some don't have any.
They sure do come out at night. Block party every time there are blue lights outside.
Why are these people determined to have their car wrecked first, before they go to jail?
I really can't answer that question.
it's like "if i can't drive my car,....nobody else will either....."yep.
@@stratman9449 nothing left to lose I guess?
Because they think their insurance will pay for it. 🤔
Most of the time they don't own them. Plus common sense isn't their strong trait.

It's always someone else's vehicle. When I started to drive the deal with my parents was.....no deal. If I wanted a car I had to go out and EARN one.
EXACTLY!!! I started saving at 14 mowing, racking leaves, detasseling corn, and shoveling snow. I saved enough for two cars before I was 16. My parents "borrowed" my vehicles on occasion. I never borrowed their vehicle, once.
Thanks granny for helping to pacify the situation
Repeating word for word what the officer is saying😂
Driver did activate his "it's ok, I'm just going to grandma's house" flashers, so the trooper obviously should have let him proceed.
They're not known to be smart.
Hateful
@@ashleychildresss Here's a tissue. 🧻
Loved how the mama was very respectful to the officer.
For real. I have a friend who used to get into some pursuits here in Iowa, apparently at one point she had a souped up (1960s) muscle car that would do about 190MPH, so she's flying along at like 160-175. She kept ahead of pursuit vehicles AND the radio for like 5-6 counties, they'd set up a road block but she'd already gone by by then; so they finally radioed *2* jurisdictions ahead and set up a successful road block. Apparently she was courteous but gave them some lip about not having enough under the hood on their police cars LOL.
Eastern Iowa got one of the first (if not the first) multi-county digital trunked police radio systems in the country (this thing was fully operational by like 1995), and I'm pretty sure it's specifically because of her pursuit where she had so little trouble outrunning the radio (I mean as it stood before that, they were either having to manually retune their radio to connect to the next jurisdiction's radio system, if the radio was compatible and they were in range and new the frequencies and settings to put in; or call the dispatchers for the next jurisdiction and forward the information. Neither was a particularly fast process compared to now where you switch to the right "channel" and talk.)
Carrot top chose poorly. Girlfriend chose blindly. Officer was great.
Trooper is my kid. He did awesome. But I'm biased.
Why do relatives always show up within minutes? It doesn’t matter where they are, relatives show up, usually the mother.
The perp is on the phone with them as they are driving to that location.
They call them. His other video, the lady called her wife.
@@aleddon1 Yeah, I know they call them but he could live in Florida and the relatives will show up within minutes no matter where in the country he gets stopped. It’s the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen.
Something's wrong with that guy. He just made his own life worse for no reason.
"Terrell was booked in for
Improper Lane Usage, Careless and Prohibited Driving, and Felony Fleeing."
He escalated improper lane usage to felony fleeing. He should be found innocent by reason of insanity. And then have his license permanently revoked.
You really think a 'license' stops these people? 😂
A revoked license doesn't stop most people from driving! Prison will, but not a revoked license!
he should get an extra year for driving in the outside left lane when there was no other traffic.
@@stratman9449 What are you talking about?
It would have been a warning had he pulled over. 😂
Good thing a translator was present.
“Sir, I can speak jive.”
@daveh2612 "Just hang loose blood. She gonna catch you up on the med-side."
I was looking to see if someone made this comment ... the one about "jive" too.
Yea, what was that about?
Excuse me, stewardess 😂
Two questions.........Who was Mother Hen ? And was there an additional charge for the driver having a man-bun ?
i'd say 6 months extra should be about right.....
Family gathering and it's not a BBQ
moma needs to have ;'the talk' with her baby.
"His name was clearance, he had real nice parents"
All he had to do was stop 🛑!
He'd have gotten a warning. 🤷♀️
Everyone give the driver a thumbs up for his darwin award on failure to stop and a +1 for the flashers trick we have seen used so many times on this channel.
It was so nice of that older black woman to show up and offer her supervisory services. And I challenge anyone to show me in the driver's handbook where it's permissible to turn on your 4 ways and drive home or to a '"safe" location when the police are behind you. Someone in the hood should be arrested for impersonating a lawyer by giving false legal advice to these drivers. I've seen this time and time again in these videos
Agreed. I would think it is dangerous, much like luring the officer into an ambush.
You can go to the nearest safe location. They passed several.
@@aleddon1 Yes, within a reasonable distance. But not clear across town!!
@@jeffhannan2030sometimes it is☹️
@@billmelater655absolutely. And that was the point, he passed several safe locations.
This guy could have had a, warning. But he chose to flee so....
He needs time to throw out all of them drugs, sir
what a surprise
They always run to mommy
Surprised I didn't hear ( I can't breathe)!
Why did the suspect vehicle flee from the Police Vehicles?
Stupidity!
oh lawdy lawdy, i bees skeert n sheeeeit. We wuz kangz.
it's what "they" do......there ain't no "law" that counts for them.....
This is a case of that ridiculous mindset of 'I need to get to mommas house to be safe from the evil police'. If you reduce your mindset to basically zero common sense, then I guess it sort of plays out. But yeah, of course there is zero excuse for this bullshit felony fleeing. He passed soooo many safe places to stop and get his simple ticket.
No reason. It'd have been a warning.
Was he scared?
yeah....scared to change to the right hand lane.....for sure....
If he was, he drove by more than one well-lit business, where he would have had numerous witnesses. He is just stupid, and it can’t be fixed.
no he dindonuffin :P
2:00 Driver should have trade that Ford Edge in at that "FORD" Dealer for something faster
I think he said it was his grandmamas car-he is an idiot
This 1 is a GENIUS! Momma even knows to SHUT UP and Don't say a word! That momma let that baby grow up to be a felon! Congratulations!❤ Great job ASP getting the garbage off the streets!
Alright! What am I missing with the blinkers? Does it help?
Its kinda like their phones. They think it protects them.
They have been told (lied to) that hazards flashing means they get to drive unlimited distance and time to wherever on the planet they decide they should be safe to pull over. It is a gross, brainless distortion of the "pull over where safe" general rule. Obviously that means don't stop in the middle of the highway or pull into a ditch or whatever, but find the first safe shoulder/side street/off ramp to stop at. It's similar to 'incarceritis' where the poor poor criminals act injured and dying to try and avoid/delay going to jail right away. S tier stupidity and lack of common logic all around.
People think of their flashers are on it tells police they intend to stop even though they have no intent to stop. Really common when folks wanna run home before being arrested a if they think home is a safety zone and police can't get you there.
@@jerimiahreece8507they think their car won't get towed if they make it home
If he went to the nearest safe location, yes. It'd signal he's aware he needs to pull over and will in a safe location.
However he chose not to so the flashers were a bit much.
Reminds me of the old Ford commercial "I like to live on the edge!"
Them again. And having to be reminded it's all on camera. Pure Genius.
Are you people getting it yet 👀
Sadly , no !!!
just a question....whats the point of having 4 lane motorways, for folk to cruise along in the left or outside lane with no other traffic....is there no "law" in the US to drive on the right and "overtake" on the left...??.....cheers...
@stratman9449: to answer your question; several states do have laws regarding that, but they tend not to be heavily enforced so many people simply ignore them… and those inconsiderate a-holes really piss me off.
Some states do have laws, some even enforcing them. Here in California it’s not even a suggestion any longer, it’s expected someone will be camping in the fast lane. It’s sad that I get pissed at the one person doing the right thing and crawling along in the slow lane, because otherwise it’ll be wid open and that’s the lane I use for passing.
In Arkansas, left lane is for passing only. It's dumb to me.
Also, I drive in the left lane. It's smoother than the right lane.
This is my kid.
The trooper's 4 year old sister is proud of him. 🙂

* And the winner is a dumb Mugg n Thugg without any common sense is a Terrell Dingleberry. He was placed in the finest Greybar Hotel by the State Police.
The Officer didn't know there were off-duty officers going for a walk, at his vehicle stop🤣🤣
What does it say at 1:31? I hear it in multiple pursuit videos, but I don't get the first part 'xxxxx received'. And what is the system used to receive it? It doesn't seem a radio message but like a GPS voice.
"CFS Received" is what it says. CFS is 'Call for Service' which is basically the dispatch computer system (their in car laptop) creating the traffic stop call that he called in. You'll often hear things like "CFS comment added" in these videos which is the dispatchers or the other officers adding notes into the report in real time.
Great place to have a family reunion

Definitely could have avoided the fleeing charge. Granny stepped in and told them to hush so they wouldn’t get in more trouble. But it was a nice change to see people being respectful to each other.
What was that "flyover" at the beginning of this video?
Granny making sure the criminal is complying 😂
Who was that assisting officer around 6 minute mark? 🤣🤣🤣
His mother.
What a lovely lady that came over (The minecraft lady) - She was talking common sense.
I thought about saying this in the last Arkansas video but I thought also that it might be a bit insensitive, but now I've got to say it. Are all civilians in Arkansas black? Actually it's not a question but an observation. All civilians seem to be black or is it that the black community unable to control their actions.
going by these ASP videos...only the police seem to be "white".....(with some exceptions)....cheers.....
My area, which is East Arkansas, just outside Memphis, is primarily Black. I'd have to look up Jacksonville, where this is. There's a town just to the north called Cabot which is like 97% white.
Jacksonville is 27.88% Black.
Lol I live in this exact area. I’m white so obviously there are white people here. This town (Jacksonville) if I had to guess, we do have more black than white people. If I had to guess I would say it’s 70% : 30% . It’s a nice low key town I like it here. But then the town directly north of us Cabot is predominately white. So it’s hard to say what the overall state ratio is. Not that it matters but numbers do interest me. Jacksonville also has their own school district and I’ve been very impressed with the public elementary school here where my daughter goes. It’s a good town just rough around the edges but I grew up here in Sherwood-Jacksonville born and raised and wouldn’t have it any other way.. for my kids as well
@@aleddon1wow really? I guessed it would be like 70%. That’s very surprising to me. Like i said in my comment above it’s not that it matters how many people are black it’s just the numbers interest me lol ❤
Dang right by my house. This grandma is adorable
This is one time I believe he was actually scared. He had no other explanation to not stop
Wow. Right in front of the cop. “Stop me. Stop me.”
Black-tivity Gang rides again.
That is some weird Minecraft right there.
Block Captain?
Well, stupid hurts… sometimes it’s physical sometimes it’s fiscal and sometimes it’s both!!!
Mom seemed pretty controlling...I think he was more scared not to get home on time.
She repeated every instruction to her son that she found valid to her or would say "do what he said". She was so intent on being involved that she kept getting extremely close to the officer.
😂😂 When he said, " You're not being arrested right now, only detained." She immediately "Ok, thank you..." 😂😂😂
That sort of fleeing should be called passive/agressive fleeing.😁😁😁
Ma’am stay right there! As she continues to walk forward 🤔
Momma was not pleased. When the genius gets home, he is going to regret his actions.
Daa gots mo basketball players

Well, most of the time, they act like they don't understand a damn word they're being told.
When did putting you 4way flashers on become a thing? Is it supposed to be a force field to drive the troopers away? What didn't she get about "stay right there" ?
Awesome professionalism.
Wait!! they have their flashers on, they are just trying to find a good spot to pull over. None of those driveways or lit areas were good enough
Sooo like I wonder how did he have that playing out in his mind?
It's one thing to try and find a safe place to pull over, I can see and appreciate that, but when you mistake your gas pedal for your brakes, that is wherr i draw the line
Why is it blurred out?
She was not charged with anything, and her innocence is being protected. Apparently, her only mistake was to be friends with the genius.
