- So if you’re running an aftermarket trigger you may need a Glock 43x oem striker for it to work. If running a stock trigger you’ll likely be fine. Hope this helps anyone else in this situation out!
@mattpsa thanks for the help!!!

Agency Arms Trigger*
Did you adjust the rear tail of your trigger bar? I guarantee you bend it down slightly you will fix your issue with the agency arms trigger.. I had to adjust my PSA dagger bar up because it wasn’t picking up the striker
@@PoisonSpyder038 I could, but I don’t want to have to mess with it if it works with my Glock 43x slide as designed.
The 43x slide is my edc. The micro dagger slides are just for fun at the range.
@@RidinDirtyOutdoors I hear yah. Some of those agencies trigger bars are known to be out of spec and not 100% drop safe if you haven’t already check your striker engagement especially if you carry appendix like I do with my 43 👍
@@PoisonSpyder038 yea I carry appendix. It’s flawless in my 43x slide. I am thinking about getting another trigger to see if it’s any different result
Good vid. Compatibility & tolerance issues are a thing:
Wanted to put a Micro C1 (Comp) on my old Glock Factory (early model) 43x frame, so I bought the complete slide from PSA. Haven't shot it yet but playing w/ it today. The slide is stiff but functional, just dry firing (between 100 & 150 dry fire reps). My research on the Micro has resulted in the possible presence of some PSA QC issues. As of right now (again, dry fire only) everything looks A-OK. Now, I have a Factory Glock 48 MOS as well. I actually prefer the longer slide of the 48 over the 43x for Appendix carry. I only use the old 43x to pocket carry (in a Sticky Holster of course), which is rare.
So my thoughts were I'd put a Micro Dagger C1 slide on the old 43x frame & have the benefit of reduced muzzle flip while rapid fire shooting. If the Micro slide runs as well as my Glock(s), and w/ the built in slide Comp, then what the heck...I'll use it in my EDC rotation. And, if that's the case, I'd just feel more confident replacing the Micro slide internals w/ Factory Glock 43x internals.
W/ that in mind, I got a bit ahead of myself today...again, brand new, dry fired only, PSA Dagger Micro C1 Cerekote slide...I thought I'd swap the slide parts of my 43x over to the new Micro C1 slide (Cerekote). Interestingly enough, Glock striker group wouldn't insert (into the Micro) and neither would the Glock Firing Pin Safety. The Micro is too tight for those mentioned Glock Factory (used) parts. At this moment I'm thinking it may be the Cerekote finish on the new Micro slide.
Alas, looks like I'll leave well enough alone for now until I get about 500rnds through the new Micro slide (containing PSA parts).
I suppose, along this topic on Glock/Clones/Tolerances, I should mention previous build experience(s). I built, from parts, both a Glock 21 clone & a Glock 19 clone...for play. I used PSA (Dagger), Lone Wolf, P80, Aim Surplus, Brownells and only a few Glock factory parts (I stayed away from "no-name" brands. Slides of both guns were Cerekote finished. In my humble opinion, all parts used (regardless of manufacturer) came a bit roughly finished (except the few Glock parts). Full disclosure, these two projects were budget minded play toys & built over the course of a year or so patiently jumping on sales & "blems" (you know, the "cosmetic blems that will not effect the safe reliable function of the firearm"...lol). In a word, these two builds are ROUGH...but additionally it's been fun.
After 2yrs of a lot of tinkering, and running about a thousand rounds through each of those two Frankin pistols...the last several hundred rounds have been near flawless. It's been an interesting adventure!
Recently, I had the delusion of converting the "Frankin 21" to a "Frankin 20" (10mm) as a big game hunting back up & hog hunter. That project unfortunately led me down yet another interesting RABBIT HOLE! Still working out some kinks in this one, although I can probs get about 2-3 full mags of 10mm at a time to fun reliably.
Alas, I don't trust the "Frankin 20" 10mm for a hunting back-up...certainly still don't trust the "Frankin 19" 9mm or the Frankin 21 (45acp) for anything but play.
I'm in NOO way bashing PSA or others...my Frankin builds are my own (fun) abominations! BUT, may explain my nervousness of trusting the Dagger Micro C1 Complete slide (on my Factory Glock 43x frame) for EDC. I sooo want to though! Maybe at some point down the road.
Thanks for update
Yes sir 🫡
Good to hear.
Awesome video!
Good info for people to know 👊🇺🇸
good job with the follow up
Would love to see a reliability test on the Glock frame; lots of interest on this out there…. Great vids & follow up. Thanks for the info.
Cool update boss!!
🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼
Good to know. Just hope PSA released their micro frame soon.
Bro!!! I missed out on the mags by like 6 minutes 😢😢😢
They sold out almost immediately today
@@RidinDirtyOutdoors I saw that! This weekend they are dropping more I hear.
@@uglydogg4995 bro! I’m gonna have to stay up refreshing the webpage lol
Psa Matt said they will be restocks at 4pm Saturday and Sunday i believe.
@@ngrey_2155 ohhhhhh snap!!! Thanks
My micro dagger FDE complete lower will be here soon brother. Thank you for putting me on the micro
Brother, micro dagger frames aren’t available yet. You probably ordered a compact dagger frame which is Glock 19 sized
Did any of your contacts at PSA announce when they expect to start selling frames/magazines/complete pistols? Website just says sold out lol
@@binostunts they started selling mags today and sold out in 5 mins.
Supposedly they will have another drop of mags on Saturday and Sunday.
Frames will likely be next to drop in a week or so from rumors heard
@@RidinDirtyOutdoors frames will not be dropping in a week or so.
@@SW-hj5uh what did you hear?
What happens if you were to switch the internals from the glock slide like the striker and safety plunger and throw them into the dagger slide with the apex would it then work? Or is it the slide cuts and built in ramps and what not on the inside slide.
It would work. So all I did was put the Glock striker in the micro dagger and now it works with the agency trigger
Have you ran the Micro dagger 15 round mag in a Glock 43x yet? If so have you had any FTE or FTF issues?
No, they just released yesterday. I ordered 3 today. Have to wait for them to come in
So I can throw just the bare slide on with OEM barrel and spring on it? Or does it have to be the full slide assembly?
Yea so I used my oem 43x barrel and spring with this slide
@@RidinDirtyOutdoors that’s crazy bro lol. I been wanting to buy an MOS model or at least an MOS slide but if this is actually a reliable way to convert my 43x into an optics ready version then I gotta try it. PLEASE do a reliability test on this!
Sample size of one but my new micro dagger slide worked perfectly on my stock G43. The addition of the optic was a game changer for the pistol. I probably put 150 rounds through it this weekend. Not a lot of rounds but we were comparing it to the sig 365xl, G48 and G43 (plus we were shooting the S&W 2.0 and compact Dagger as well) so we were spreading the rounds around.
Like I told ya dude, bend that cruciform
I don’t wanna modify it to work with PSA stuff since it works with Glock stuff.
Swapping the strikers between the 2 fixed the issue.
We need reliability testing using the Glock frame with the dagger micro slide please!

Have you tried just using the after market trigger shoe on the sock trigger bar to see if it works?
No but I’m sure that it would work
Do you think if the trigger shoe itself is changed but using a factory bar should be good to go?
Yea that should be just fine.
@Ridin’ Dirty Outdoors Thanks man!
@@mc4056 yessir!
Dagger compact slide runs on my glock 23 gen-4 frame
This isn’t the compact slide.
How do you get this camera angle ?
I put a tripod in front of me and angle it down at the table.
Did you have an apex connector in when you tried the dagger slide and it didn’t work?
No, ghost connector.
@@RidinDirtyOutdoors I noticed apex triggers are picky with connectors.
@@rewardlawnmaintenance yea, luckily swapping just the striker out fixed the issue. I didn’t want to have to swap triggers or put oem back in
@@RidinDirtyOutdoors it took a while for me to find a ghost connector that works with my apex trigger.
would it be overkill to order a 43X Barrel for my 48 and then comp the rest of the slide and pair it with some 15rnd PSA mags for the ultimate Glock X Macro? its expensive but cool
I don’t think anything can be overkill in the firearms world. Build what you want as long as it works.
Idk if you already saw but PSA already has comped slide assemblies for 43x barrel length/ 48 slide length
@@TheForbiddenOne55 I’ve looked at the micro dagger stuff and I do want to try their slides, I like the suppressor height irons too
@@atAlyssabeth same here. After shopping around for a micro carry to fit my desires for so long I've finally decided on a PSA micro C-1 slide on a glock 43x/48 frame w/ micro dagger mags. Can't wait for all the parts to come in so I can get this thing assembled and test it out
is the micro dagger also cloned off of a gen 3 glock
No, off a Glock 43x
What slide did you order?
Sniper green micro dagger slide. Complete, no barrel
does the optic cut have recoil lugs on these?
They are very tiny and don’t do much at all. Almost non existent
@@RidinDirtyOutdoors thanks for the reply
@@pootinhammer no worries
I want to like PSA but I keep getting disappointed. Both first and second hand experience.
I like them, but yea sometimes you gotta play with them a bit to get em right
@Ridin’ Dirty Outdoors it seems they have their AK's quality locked down so I think I'll grab one sometime soon. Maybe when they start making 5.45 or 7.62.
А зачем так сделано?
I have no idea what you typed….
