    The funky bolts are anchor bolts. Basically you drill a hole the size of that thing and install, when you turn that bolt head it pulls the nut through the metal and expands it to securely fasten it to brick or concrete surface.

      @@RidinDirtyOutdoors Yeah man they should hold pretty good. Those sleeves are just for bolting into bricks or concrete.
