Many thanks

Totally agree with the users that encourage Andrew continue his great work! He is the only one that deserved my all nights spending on watching suggesions and reviews, as I am looking forward to buying a new laptop and all his videos are professionally thought and presented. This helps me much in taking a decision, as all aspects are covered - tech hardware, impressions, user experience and benchmarks. He speaks only the things worth speaking of! Great job, Andrew!!! Keep it on, man! Signing off, Mihai here. (my name pronounciation is like you say english words "Me" "Hi" and its romanian equivalent for Michael).

Jack B it might be because it’s a brand new release, it’s coming directly from the manufacturer in Shanghai and mine has now been shipped but even then they are using economy shipping speeds, almost a week, incredibly slow for Shanghai to Australia. It’s a disappointing start, near 3 weeks wait, I just hope the laptop itself won’t be a disappointment. I’m pretty sure it’s not something that can be returned if it proves to be at least in Australia, the Microsoft Surface and Dell XPS 13 2in1 looks pretty tempting.

The most beautiful laptop with one of the worst keyboard, that's keeping me away from the XPS 13.

Speakers are crap, tinny af. Also the fingerprint sensor doesn't work. underside gets unbearably hot and the 4k battery is crap. and don't even get me started on that crappy maglev keyboard.

DELL XPS 13 7390 2 in 1, is the worst laptop ever, it’s completely unreliable! I spent countless hours troubleshooting many problems, Windows 10 is completely broken on this laptop. I still can't reliably transfer files to and from my external HDD's, speed goes very often to 0 B/s for 10s and then resumes for 2s and so on. It's very loud laptop. It wakes up and heats up really hard on closed lid, no update fixed it yet. Most of the problems are maybe because of Windows and I can't switch to linux, because it is not supported... I can't reach any English support from Japan, ffs!!! I just switched to MacBook Pro which is amazing, it just works great and I spent a day to learn it! Now I need to get rid of this crap!
