Cops Try Bully U.S. Marine at Broward County Courthouse - Never Mess with a Devil Dog

  • In a compelling follow-up to my ongoing struggle for justice, I returned to the Broward County Courthouse to set the record straight and shine a light on the systematic abuse of civil rights by those sworn to protect them. This journey, documented at • Bad Police Practices: ... , unveils the stark reality of personal gains trumping the very essence of public service.
My name is James Dean, a U.S. Marine decorated for valor in the Iraq War, now embroiled in a battle of a different kind: a custody hearing marred by the denial of basic preparations and escalated by confrontations with courthouse deputies. This encounter, a stark illustration of the chasm between military service and civilian justice, exacerbates my PTSD, laying bare the adversities faced by service-disabled veterans within our legal frameworks.
For those entangled in legal disputes-be it with law enforcement, judiciary, or even troublesome neighbors-empowerment comes through knowledge and the right tools. I've turned to Law Depot, accessible via www.lawdepot.c..., for accessible legal document preparation, bypassing the exorbitant costs of legal representation. This resource became a cornerstone of my strategy to confront judicial overreach, having cycled through seven judges due to rights violations, demonstrating the power of self-advocacy in seeking justice.
The heart-wrenching ordeal of my children's unjust removal by the Broward County family court system underscores a deeper malaise: a 'Kids for Cash' scheme that compromises the integrity of our legal institutions for financial gain. This egregious exploitation of innocent families underlines the urgency of systemic reform-a cause to which I am wholeheartedly committed, driven by the resolve that no other family should endure such injustice.
The necessity for accountability extends beyond the courts to encompass all law enforcement officers (LEOs), cops, police, deputies, border patrol agents, etc... Despite the essential role of checks and balances in our government structure, the critical work of auditors is often misunderstood or dismissed. Yet, it is imperative to distinguish between provocation and the vital pursuit of accountability. The misconduct of a few should not overshadow the crucial endeavor to safeguard against the abuse of authority. My quest for justice is unwavering, rooted in the belief that transparency and reform are not only necessary but imminent. In this fight against corruption and for justice, I stand firm.
Join me in this crucial conversation. Together, we can champion the cause of justice and accountability, ensuring a fairer and more equitable society for all. Building on the narrative of James Dean's valiant struggle for justice, his story becomes an emblematic beacon for the power of digital storytelling in highlighting critical social issues. In this digital age, platforms like CZcams have transformed into pivotal arenas where voices like Dean's can echo far beyond the confines of their immediate surroundings, rallying a global community around causes of justice, transparency, and reform.
Dean's saga is interwoven with the broader discourse on the role of social media in democratizing information and galvanizing public support for issues often overlooked by traditional media. Through his courage and tenacity, Dean not only challenges the systemic flaws within the legal and judicial system but also inspires a movement towards greater accountability and reform. His efforts underscore the importance of leveraging digital platforms to amplify stories that catalyze change, highlighting the intersection of technology, social activism, and the quest for justice.
Furthermore, Dean's experience illuminates the critical need for legal literacy and accessible legal resources in empowering individuals to advocate for themselves. By turning to innovative solutions like Law Depot, Dean exemplifies a proactive stance against the barriers erected by complex legal systems and financial constraints. This aspect of his journey emphasizes the transformative potential of accessible legal tools in enabling individuals to adequately advocate for themselves without need for expensive lawyers put to exploit your family as much as the opposing party.
In essence, the saga of James Dean is more than a personal narrative of struggle and resilience; it's a microcosm of the broader challenges facing our society in the realms of justice, equity, and the preservation of fundamental human rights. It serves as a powerful reminder of the impact one individual can have in shining a light on systemic issues and mobilizing for change. As Dean's story spreads across digital platforms, it joins a chorus of voices calling for a more just, accountable, and transparent system, highlighting the crucial role of digital activism in contemporary social reform movements. #cops #corruption #justice

That's not just a statement, but simply a request for a reevaluation of the terms of separation, which includes the restraining order, and most importantly the visitation arrangement, if there is any that is in place, and there certainly should be. I'm speaking from experience I went through something similar two times. the second time there was no issues in seeing my kids (2 kids), and taking them places better known as unsupervised visitation. And then finally having overnights with me. Mr. Dean you will eventually win because you are a good speaker for yourself, and eventually you will be heard. That is the law as far as I know, but I've seen it where I couldn't speak and the judge already had his mind made up, totally one-sided just like this one.
I should have appealed but I was applying for jobs at the time and guess what if you have an open case almost nobody will hire you. And they'll telll you that "oh the background check shows you have an open case - so we can't hire you." I was forced to acept the assault on my record for just a finger tap on someone. @@4_The_Record ffs mate, you're acting like an aggressive asshole in these comments and in the vid. I do hope you have not been done wrong as I know some men do cop it unfairly in domestic matters in the judicial system - but you're not currently helping yourself or showing you're any different to the assholes that deserve what they get from the family courts.
You must understand risk mitigation is required in these scenarios, as bad things happen every day from otherwise normal looking and acting people. You can't find those precautions and have to try and suck it up and work within them.
Again, I don't know your situation, but you behaving like you did in the video and being so triggered in these comments are in no way helping you or your mental state , they will achieve nothing positive for you, as you work through your court / domestic ordeal.
You were there by yourself , so I'm thinking you need the support of a level headed friend, family member or professional to assist you in controlling your anger , and managing your frustration and mental health so you can think clearly, be judged appropriately, and come out the other end of this OK and your kids OK ,.... It's only going to get worse for you and your kids/family if you keep going like you are or can get a lot worse if you were to loose control of your actions....
Good luck in turning this all around and bouncing back better then ever, which by the way is the best way is he best way to get back at your ex. Hey man!! I appreciate the ‘’good luck”, but let’s clear the air here: Risk mitigation is one thing; dealing with a system that’s not giving you a fair shake is another. I’m not just some “angry person” losing it-I’m someone fighting a one-sided battle, where my side isn’t being heard. And that would get to anyone. I’m working on this, sure, but it’s about more than just “bouncing back”, it’s about justice and truth. Both of which are not occurring. Thanks for your advice. I appreciate it, nonetheless. Have a good one!

I'm convinced scenes such as in your video, do your case no good and will only serve to frustrate you more and cause your mental health to deteriorate. It could even be used against you in the court.
I don't know anything about your case or its context, but even if I did from what I know and have seen elsewhere, I can't imagine just how incredibly tough it must be when the odds are typically well stacked against you as the male party.
As I said before, IMO, I really think you need someone by your side. A person that will remain calm, someone you trust and who has your best interests at heart to accompany you when you're doing related business outside the court (or just even commuting), and somebody who can help you manage your mental health, even if they're just an ear to listen and for you to vent with.

They are supposed to be out public servants but all they do is try to incriminate anyone they can at any point. They constantly break laws right in front of the public with no repercussions. They act as if we are all guilty until proven innocent. The other day I was walking home past a Walmart and some nice cops stopped me. Sure they were nice but while they stopped me, they took all my info, made me sit on the ground, ended up putting me in handcuffs because they didn’t like my “story”. I was literally ready to go to jail because the truth is we do not have right here. We have the illusion of rights as long as we bend to their every whim. For a better understanding of the situation, you may find the details shared in my new video quite enlightening. This video will show you without a doubt how I ended up with a restraining order against me, and it's not what I think. Watch as the 7th judge, in my case, displays egregious judicial misconduct. You won't see worse judicial behavior than this.

@leod7383 I looked at the link for judge 7 - he is NOT Getting A Fair Trial, or judgement at all. Here's my response:
And they'll tell you that "oh the background check shows you have an open case - so we can't hire you." I was forced to accept the assault on my record for just a finger tap on someone. Serious damage at the time it took years and years to recover from it.

Some situations are fluid, and as America being the light of democracy the person had the right to ask questions, if they arrested him, then he should have cooperated with the rules of detention, not say anything, only your name and I.D, then ask for a Lawyer to be present while being interogated, even then, let the lawyer do the talking.

I am not familiar with American protocols, but yes, ask questions, but do not interrupt the officer. Wait for the explanation and then ask for a lawyer to be present. Not a foolproof answer but a guideline. Too many people try to debate with the officer to resolve the issue in the here and now and that is the incorrect procedure. The only recourse is to go to the next step and get the lawyer or public aid official. @@TALINGLIZA

Amen. And I am all about policing the police. “Auditing” them or whatever. But never should you be purposely trying to get them to make mistakes or lose their cool. They are still human. 33k arrests in this country PER DAY. That’s a real stat/fact. 33K! And yet you can count on one hand the amount of “major” police misconduct incidents per year. I’ll take living in a country with that many “police problems” any day.

Here's what I suspect. There are informal conventions in keeping a person who has a restraining order against him/her away from places where they may come within sight of the person who requested the order. Why? Because there are some people (perhaps many) who would not be able to restrain themselves from violating the order. It's a safety thing.

The courthouse instructional video said to come early to ensure that laptops and tablets work properly with the new courtroom technology system. That's why i arrived an hour early.
Being forced into a wife beater room and made to wait until after the Petitioner entered even though she was late is unconstitutional. Then when I entered even "later" since i had to come in second, the judge gave me no time to prepare my maltop and tablet as it was "time to proceed".

I, too, appreciate this man standing his ground. But calling these men "tyrants" is a little silly. They did nothing that was "tyrannical" (which carries the idea of exercising power in a cruel, savage or barbaric manner). This was not the case here. They did nothing "cruel" or "barbaric." A little pushy? Yes. But nothing that would define them as "tyrants." Let's not use inaccurate words that might weaken the main point that this man intelligently stood his ground and demanding his rights be observed - and won.

They really are trying hard to intimidate and bully law-abiding citizens in Broward County, aren't they? And you can hardly call that 'walking' away. While they did execute the proverbial group Walk of Shame, I think it would be more fair and accurate to call it a group 'Waddle of Shame' or 'Limp of Shame'. That was certainly a 'worn out' bunch, to say the least.

@Record I viewed the judge railroading Mr. Dean.
And they'll tell you that "oh the background check shows you have an open case - so we can't hire you." I was forced to accept the assault on my record for just a finger tap on someone. Serious damage at the time it took years and years to recover from it.

@metalmike570 Your experience resonates deeply and underscores the gravity of what's at stake in family law proceedings. The path you've walked is a stark reminder of the long-lasting consequences these decisions hold, not just legally, but personally and professionally. Your point about the court’s ability to listen and reassess is critical for fairness. Standing up and speaking for oneself in court is fundamental, and when that opportunity is stifled, it's a disservice to justice. While every case is unique, the shared struggle for a fair process is all too common. Your encouragement and insights are appreciated, and they highlight why continued advocacy and systemic reform are so necessary.
