because its a stupid concept for stupid people... fortunately there are still not enough stupid people to cause this to go viral... most of the stupid people voted for the idiot in the video and after realizing their incredible stupidity began hitting themselves repeatedly with a heavy blunt object until (when the swelling went down) the added blood flow to their battered head caused them to think more clearly...but that is just the short answer... by the way... I hear Home Depot has a special on hammers...

Why should the Saudis be allowed to purchase the F-15E and Eurofighter Typhoon FGR4, two of the best military aircraft in the world, despite an atrocious record of human rights and the highest oppression index possible, of 7.0? Why should Iran, the US foreign policy towards whom was purely designed to destabilise, have been allowed to purchase the most advanced aircraft ever made at that time, the F-14A? Why should the public not be suspicious about the stock prices of US defence contractors have risen at 10x the rate of that of the US stock market? Why should we be happy that the CIA operates MQ-9s on a quid pro quo basis in Pakistan, effectively acting as mercenaries and striking ISI targets in exchange for the ability to operate in the region and strike targets of 'strategic importance' to the US? Why does the US sell F-16s to both Turkey and Greece, two countries that are technically still at war with one another?
Unless you can provide substantiated answers to all of these questions, there is no reasonable argument against an arms treaty. All American conservatives are capable of, is expressing their distaste for their twice elected President. You make no argument as to why one should oppose an arms treaty, you just say it's stupid. So answer all of my questions or don't make moronic assertions in the future.

its precisely the introduction of the judgment of 'good' and 'bad' that contains the dysfunction. the 'bad' people that you say are bad, will claim that they are the 'good' ones.. and thus the conflicts continue.
change needs to come from our hearts and needs to include the intention for balance and the intention for peace. this requires a process of healing, not adding more control.

Most the time though in farming it is specialist firearms that are used, for example in beef farming it is a bolt gun, which is basically a extremely powerful spear gun. In hunting though guns are the only plausible method for hunting small game like rabbits and squirrels.

The truth is though that this speech is not going to happen in our lifetime
Yeah, that would be close to impossible though. They need to tighten the laws first, but all that'll happen is that they'll pass a law to do that, then the next president will change it back. I watched a Panorama show on the BBC, In which they were highlighting gun control in the US, and they bought a gun in the US, despite the fact that they said that they had mental health issues. That just isnt right.

Since 'Social Justice' is defined and then redefined by its various practitioners in such a broad sense, I would have to agree that Socialism (public control over various or all private property) can be made to be alike Communism. The most extreme implementation of Socialism is effectively complete regulation of the use of all private property - so effectively it is public property. The only difference between that and Communism is that Communism has the honesty to call it public property!

I think you may have missed the point of this video.
It was to create publicity for the signing of an arms treaty that includes stringent controls so that tyrants do not receive arms in the future.
This video is not friendly to Obama and is in fact arguably very critical of him and arms companies.
