@@SuzAndTheCrew I used to have a massive sweet tooth, but now my sweet flavor tolerance is really low. I can't even enjoy blueberry on its own, need yogurt or cream to tone it down. It's really strange how much my palate has changed in less than two years.
Wow! I wish mine would go away! 😂 A really cool change, for me, was my newfound enjoyment of fresh raspberries. I previously thought they were too tart for me and now they taste like candy. I can stay away from most sweets but still need my dark chocolate!
@@SuzAndTheCrew I like the flavor of raspberry but not so much the seed texture. I found that greek yogurt + raspberries + brazil nuts are delicious together. The flavors work and the nuts disguises the seed texture of the raspberries. I do enjoy some 90% or 100% chocolate occasionally, but far from the chocoholic I used to be. :)

It looks delish. These days I make chia pudding or spoon some yogurt into a bowl and top with blueberries, that's about it as far as desserts go. XD

How important is the whey protein? I don't buy it
I’ve never tried to make it without it. I think it just helps give the cake a fluffier texture.
