I'm a big BIG believer in chicken... I use it whenever I need to lose weight even though I've reached my goal... I started out at a vegan, let me tell you this. I was a vegan for 6 years and went keto about 2 years ago... I went keto because I had a heart attack in the 6th year of being a vegan so we switched over to keto which not only cleared out my arteries but also healed the damaged part of my heart, this included fasting with a 8 hr eating window. It's amazing and if you have health problems you should at least try it.

Yes! Meatballs, of all types, have always been a fave of mine! It’s finally in the mid 70s low 80s here but I’m so ready for chilly weather! Love Ann of Green Gables and October! I think it’s my favorite month!

I was thinking of you and wondering if they had started carrying it or not. I think I’ll add a tad bit more salt next time, as long as I’m using uncured ham. But the texture and flavor of these was superb!
