Hey #goldfishfam, I got invited to Japan! The Japanese TV show called "Who Wants to go to Japan" finds people who have an interest in some part of Japanese culture and invites them to Japan to experience that culture in person for the first time. Follow along as I travel halfway around the globe to visit a bunch of different goldfish hot-spots in Japan! In today's video, I visited the Goldfish Cafe in Tokyo (also called Coffee Kingyo-Zaka). This was my last day in Japan and filming for the TV show had already wrapped up, so I ventured to the Goldfish Cafe by myself. The Goldfish Cafe was very cool - they had tons of cute goldfish goodies for sale (I was in heaven), lots of nice orandas, ranchus, telescopes and other goldfish for sale, and tons of cool goldfish things everywhere you looked. This is the sixth in a series about my Japan goldfish trip.

Solid Gold Aquatics I love you
My favorite parts were 4 and 5 :) Loved the series please do this again if you travel somewhere I had so much fun watching the series! Also love the music you're using in your vids.
Keep it up and stay gold :D
Solid Gold Aquatics so many orandas I'm gonna go crazy ❤❤❤
8:28 You should have met さかなクン who is a famous doctor of fish and a unique TV personality. That notebook is his brand :)
The moment you actually start to recognize the different types of goldfish before their name is mentioned, you realize you are obsessed with this channel!
Thanks Jennie for sharing these videos!
My favorite part of your Japan trip is when you went to the family run goldfish farm. The quality and care of the fish was excellent, and it was great to see!
That goldfish cafe is just too cool. I would want one of all the cute goldfish themed things! Those bowls were so pretty
This video was my favorite of the series! A place dedicated to goldfish is amazing! I hope you get a yellow comet for your new fish room!
Everytime she say "waaaoo"... Is pure lovee!
Jennie and Joey in one day!
Javier Frausto King of DIY, duh.
I recently came across the work of an American woodblock printer named David Bull. He has worked to master the traditional Japanese carving techniques by studying and reproducing iconic pieces in many different eras. What's of special interest to perhaps Jenny and other Solid Gold fans are his aquatic and carp/koi pieces. A couple of note are 滝を登る鯉 (Carp Climbing a Waterfall), 飛び出す鯉 (Leaping Carp) and Hokusai Carp. His shop is just 45 minutes from the cafe featured in this video in Asakusa. I share this because I though other fans might be interested too. I'm hoping to visit in a few weeks myself.
Every time I think I've seen it all in Japan, another surprise pops up! This was cool, thanks!
love your channel💕 all the artifacts and fish were really pretty and cute😁

I have one of those big goldfish bowl/planters, I got it from an estate sale for super cheap... they show up more often than you think in the US so look into it!
The panda Telescopes made my heart melt! A panda anything would lol
Very interesting
I love that I finally found someone who loves goldfish as much if not more than. never meet anyone and I have thought I was weird. people don't understand goldfish are interactive and friendly fish. do u have a video on how to bread goldfish?
Those charms lol
they all look so cute/expensive😆😆😆
I know you think and so do I that keeping Goldfish in bowls or small tanks is not good. Traditionally in Japan I am not sure if it still is or not but it used to be customary for good luck to keep Goldfish in pots outside your shop or house. The pots were or are not very big, similar to what you saw at the cafe. The water was changed at least once a day and sometimes twice a day so water quality was not a big issue just in my opinion and I am sure yours not a big enough space for the Goldfish. Looks like your trip was a lot of fun and you saw some interesting Goldfish places.
Jeff Frank stunts their growth
3:25 they are indeed baby axolotls
When I see a new video from u: 😍😍😍😍😍

That was an amazing little place! Hopefully I get a chance to go there and visit it myself one day! (And splurge and buy all the cute little things from the shop!)
Will you make a video eventually to show us what you've all bought there for your goldfish collection?
It's one of my favourite things 'subjects' and I'm just so curious to see what you've found :D
Solid gold aquatics is my aesthetic

Is it just me, or does Jennie's sound very soothing?
How dare you call the crayfish creepy!!!😆 he just wants some cuddles🦐🦐🦐
I love those red and white ryukins!
Check out Zhaos fancies if you are looking for izumo nankins. They are speedy but awesome. They also have nice ryukins and orandas as well as jikins

Catching goldfish is a passtime, you can catch and release or take them home.
Can you make a new video all for us new gold fish owners, like what fish would be good for a beginner and other things like that?
You're Amazing.

I got the porcelain fancy Goldfish you pointed at!!!
so pretty
Fishes!! :3
Defs going to add that to my japan trip one day! 'u'b
How many orandas do you personally think will fit and thrive in a 46 gallon bow front? It has a 75 gallon canister filter running it right now also.
Hi I have been looking for butterfly telescope ever since I started watching your videos but can find any here in new zealand and was wondering if I am able to ha e the shipped from another county?
Did you do any goldfish souvenir shopping while you were in Japan?
Can you make a haul of everything you got on your trip please

Axolotls!!
I got a question. If I put ick treatment in the water with my fish, do I have to change the water after a set period of time?
My mom has a few of those large goldfish bowls.
😍
AHH So many cute goldfish...things? Yes... THINGS! I've been searching for cute goldfish knick-knacks all over the place. I want to buy soo many things from that little shop!! I'm absolutely in LOVE with that felted goldfish! I need to get back into needle felting again, JUST for that! I'd make sooo many goldfish x.x
The needle felted goldfish is by an artist called Deme*tyoubi, I have a couple custom orders from her. LOVE her work! You can actually buy them on her Etsy page. :) czcams.com/video/4VbQZWKQqS4/video.html
OMG thank you! I saw that as the caption, but I guess I didn't get it. You're the best! Thanks!
did u show us all the things pick up form there ? did I miss it
👍👍👍👍👍👍
If you're kicking yourself for not getting that bowl, you should ask your friend who was gonna meet you there, to go pick one up for you and then like have him ship it to you.
Do you feel the standards for a really excellent goldfish are different there and if so how? How did prices compare there to at home?
