Having met Moeen after a test match, he is one of the kindest and most humble person around
Moeen is a legend
Surreal how a game of the elite/posh English is now played by people of all faith and colour, truly an amazing transition. God bless.
Although I think, they are cricketers and this is a cricket channel, they should stick to cricketing conversation.
Agree but this video will be good for other young engl cricketers to listen n be a good discipline cricketers for their country.
@@abrarM1x if you use your tiny mind you will find this video was about cricket. Diversity and race in cricket
It’s not played just by the posh it’s a working class game in Lancashire and Yorkshire in particular
Posh ain't contrary to color- 😭
From the way Eion Morgan holds himself, you can see the genuineness in him, he looks like a very down to earth guy and is a champion for Diversity!
An insightful piece about the perspective of some of our most valuable players. Faith, in whatever form it takes, is important to everyone. I'm glad to call myself an Englishman, despite our troublesome past, and to have the most stand up blokes talking about the way they feel as a part of being a part of our modern culture. To have diversity like this is a gift, the education that it brings to multiple generations is priceless, and brings us a together as a proud supporting crew of our cricket team, no matter our backgrounds or their performance.
Believing things without evidence isn’t important to me 🤷♂️
Well said mate
Nicely said, you deserve as an article writer

Absolutely fantastic. Three outstanding role models representing the game and humanity to the highest level. Brilliant watch 👏
Eoin Morgan is becoming one of favourite commentators and hosts. Just amazing
Really nice when humans tolerate and respect each other. Great work by sky sports and very well explained by Rash and Mo. ❤️
And how is it for Christians in Pakistan these days? Remember the Peshawar church bombing?
@@ronniep9272 mate there's good and bad people everywhere. Look at New Zealand they are so nice people but remember the mosque shooting? We really Need to understand this
Proud of you both Moeen Ali and Adil Rashid. Thank you Morgan for interviewing about the faith most precisely about the Hajj. Respect and love ❤️
Such a great initiative by English Cricket & Morgan😍
Massive Respect 🙌
As an atheist, it was so refreshing to see a peaceful, intellectual discussion about these things. If only humans could handle their differences like this more often, we'd live in a better world. As it stands, there are so many things that divide us. We could learn a lot from this...
Why are u atheist
It's also great knowing how good mates these two are, after all of their journey together, connected by their faiths
This is an excellent piece. Some people are religious, some aren't... some people drink, some don't... some people drive, some people don't, some people eat meat, some don't, some people are straight, some are not...... Through the whole English squads, over every sport..... all of the mentioned will be relevant. What matters, is that these Sportspeople represent us, and who we are as a nation.
England embodies these ideals well but sadly some minority communities don't.
Great work. Not easy to tackle such things and deal with them. We'll done to all ECB and players alike.
Eoin Morgan has interviewed so beautifully and respectfully and listens very carefully ❤️
I love this conversation 😍
Such an amazing and nice conversation!
Moin and Adil ❤❤
And Morgan 💚
Happy to see ECB or Sky Sports Cricket / F1 talking about Diversity and Inclusiveness and Putting it out to the world definitely makes a huge difference to everyone's life, especially for us as sports connoisseurs who eat breath sleep cricket 🏏
And because everyone treats each other with respect, they can focus on the game which has led to trophies
Thanks to UK for appreciating diversity ❤️💟
What a productive and nice conversation, i respect to all england culture in their team...
*This is why I love ECB* They are super inclusive. Thank you Sky for covering this
"They are super inclusive"
You must have forgotten about last year's scandal..
@@gwarhnden I know man. Let us forgive them and start afresh.
Super inclusive... LOL
Great insightful conversation with 3 of the nicest guys in cricket
Why is religion being dragged into sports conversation? I wonder how the liberals n wokes would react if there's a similar conversation with two Brahmin cricketers from india team about our rituals and practices which we are very very proud of!. We would be called bigots n casteists. Stop appeasing one religion over the others!
@@IITianProudIndian get a grip you'd be treated with the same respect
@@IITianProudIndian You sound jealous!
@@IITianProudIndian India is majority hindu so you wont talk about hinduism there. However star can talk to hindu players in english or newz ealand team. I wont mind that

Proud of you guys ☝️
2 great people 👏 and good players
Eoin morgan is something else lots of love to him.
This video is around 5 years late but good tactic by ECB to show how diverse they are when there are still many county cricketers as well as club cricketers facing discrimination but this is a step in the right direction. They now need to work on bringing more diverse people in the upper management of ECB. Also, it's still a shame that around 90% of the current England squad went to private school and this bias needs to be completely removed at all levels of cricket in this country. Selection should purely be based on merit, not where they are from, what they look like, who their parents are, how rich they are etc...
I understand your point but private schools typically place a bigger emphasis on cricket in the third term. They need to gain access to public schools and invest more for clubs. Similar to tennis the sport will always attract a certain demographic unfortunately!
This is just propaganda. One good look at UK's laws and you know this is nothing short of bs. UK has one law for all. In other words, UK doesn't recognise the religious rights of the communities to have their own set of family-marital and personal laws. This is tyranny.
No wonder cricket is an elite game in England.... No wonder the English team is struggling in their own backyard..... Their English football team isn't that great either despite all the craze about it
@@peterparker9954 let me guess you’re Indian? Cricket is not played here by nearly as many as people as other sports. With such a big population and huge resources why don’t India produce football/tennis/rugby players?
@@sairaja6513 there is no interest for other sports
