This looks like a rejected screen test. She must be a delusional narcissist if she actually believes that this is how real people act and speak when they're genuinely distraught and upset. She might get away with this bad acting in a movie, but this isn't a movie. An upset person doesn't paint with descriptive unnecessary words like she does. That what bad actors do, because they believe it contributes to making it feel more real and genuine. And her deliberate expressions is the same. Real people don't emote feelings like that. That's what actors do. Oh, and real people don't dry cry. I've never seen a person "cry" this much without shedding a tear. Tears is what normally pours out before the face starts emoting uncontrollably.

As a victim of actual domestic violence I would like to say that this is vastly different from what I personally act like when I talk about trauma. I can't speak about everyone but I can share my experience. My abuser was a typical "nice guy". Everyone throught him a good man and a good father. And putting aside the fact that my psychiatrist had to tell me outright not to diminish my experiences, every time I talk about stuff I've been through I begin to choke up and cry. It's difficult to say even a sentence and what I definitely don't do is look around or directly at my psychiatrist. Let alone a whole room of people. I fiddle with my hands, or clothes, a napkin. To be honest it's generally difficult for me to keep eye contact with men still. I really found out what my guy friends look like only after we have gotten much closer and I felt they were safe.
And my general response to stress is to cry. Non voluntarily. Because whenever I cried and apologized my abuser would sonften a little and the shitshow I went through would be a bit better.
And omg, I would never be thinking of my country in these situations. But that might be just cultural differences.

I'm very grateful for this trial. it really taught me a lot. I dare say I feel like an idiot looking back at how many times my resolve was weakened just from the sight of someone crying. This trial taught me the length people would go to get what they want. the Facade, the appearances, the deception, the non-stop denial. The willingness to throw everyone under the bus for your own sake. I realize that not everyone is like this. But you better be aware when someone like this is around you. Because people like these don't usually play nice, they go for the throat, and when they have their hand on yours then they will squeeze hard until you are never able to go up again. There are no angels, there are no Demons, there is only us.
On the other hand I also saw how Camille interacts with Johnny, and I know she's not in charge of her team. But her passion, determination and strength is almost matched by none. It's Ironic that Amber wanted to show up as the strong independent woman. But Camille appeared to be the one. probably because actions speak much higher than words.
Oh well, we live, we learn, we live more, we learn more.

My Mom did this kind of thing when trying to keep custody of me. She walked into the courtroom with no lawyer, a yellow notepad, and asked the judge if she could read a statement that would, and I quote, "clear everything up." The judge laughed, and my Dad ended up with custody of me 4 months later. She, like Amber Turd, accused my Dad of things that were very easy to disprove.
For example
- She accused him of showing me lesbian word that starts with a p and rhymes with corn (this is an event that happened within the confinement of her head, I have no idea why her and her lawyer thought this was a good plan)
- She accused him of brainwashing me into being a lesbian (this was somehow her answer to being informed in court that I didn't feel supported by her btw, she then cornered me and yelled at me for not feeling supported by her which the judge got pissed at her for when my representative told her)
- accused my Dad of not having a car (he moved states after the divorce by driving to his new place)
- accused him of not having a room for me (he had a bed set up for me already and he was waiting for me to move in so I could pick out furniture)
- accused him of being a misogynist (I don't like his political views but my Dad isn't a misogynist.)
