Problem is the lack of proof. She has no medical reports or police reports. The only things you expect from an abuse victim. No one should ever be sentenced without proof, even if the victim knows it happened. Even if it happened. That is the true moral of the story: what proof is there and how reliable is the proof.

The questionnaire is worded "is the article false", and the only reasonable answer anyone can give to it is "I don't know", and that is not how litigation should work. Now imagine the wording "Was it proven beyond a reasonable doubt that JD performed physical abuse against AH?" There is no freaking way it is YES or DONT KNOW for this answer, she hasn't proven shit, and definitely not beyond a reasonable doubt. And I am afraid the outcome may be not as shiny for JD exclusively because of the freaking wording jury has to follow. And I understand all of it is also a part of a game (and to be the whole questionnaire consistent YES answers in favorable outcome), but jeez, this is so annoying
