Why was it ever “believe” all women? It should be “LISTEN” to all women. You cant make yourself believe someone, that’s internal. But everyone deserves to be listened to.
This deserves way more likes, that is EXACTLY what we as a society should be doing. It's not right to just automatically assume either party is guilty right off the bat. By "believing all women" you automatically say the party against them is guilty. That is fundamentally against "innocent until proven guilty" like we are supposed to be thinking. With today's justice system it's the exact opposite though, you're guilty until proven innocent
Plenty of ppl listened to ppl like my mom when she told them about her abuse, but nobody believed her enough to take her accusations seriously and start investigating properly. They victim blamed her by insinuating she did something to entice that behavior. Believing someone doesnt mean you're giving them your unquestioned loyalty to their pleas. Some weirdos like Amber Supporters think it does, but I feel like Asmongold is correct by assuming it's pure projection - that her supporters are victims that are projecting their desire for justice thru Amber. But, "Believe All Women" means believing that what we're saying is sincere and taking it seriously. So, no I don't think "Listen" to all women is an acceptable replacement, bcs plenty of ppl have listened to us... but they don't believe our claims enough to take us seriously and help us.
When you call the cops to report a theft, they believe you and come over to investigate. They don't wonder during the 911 call "Well, maybe you enticed the burglar in your home and you gave away your things willingly". At least not until afterwards, when they have reasonable cause to doubt your allegations.

Never in my life have I EVERY heard anyone call colour corrector a 'bruise kit'. I am a makeup artist, have been involved in the makeup community for ages, worked at Sephora and there's no CHANCE anyone has ever called colour corrector and concealer a bruise kit. It was 100% a Freudian slip. They're also incredibly easy to fake you don't even need a specific kit, just a little purple, yellow and black eyeshadow and some red lipstick goes a LONG way.
I think its called a "bruise kit" in the movie industry thats why it just slipped out xD
Since your a makeup artist, I'm curious if you have ever completely covered swelling or have seen somewhere completely cover it? Just curious since I don't know how makeup works.

DV’s suffer major swollen eyes,Broken noses,broken jaws, split eyebrows, interior lip gashes, interior jaw gashes, and bruised necks, ears etc. i know because I forever carry a scar on my eyebrow, from one hit to the face, scars on the interior of my mouth and jaw, and once had a solid black,purple and blue bruise from my left ear ( the whole ear was black and purple) clean down to my collar bone, from being hit repeatedly, or “ pummeled” as AH testified. There is no way she ever suffered abuse like that, she doesn’t even know HOW to describe it much less has any proof that you would expect from someone who documented everything from pictures to audio recording to iPad video recordings! NOT ONE!

the way she claimed it's used is also not how you correct a bruise, but how you fake one.
If you want to fake a bruise you want those colors popping so corrector goes over foundation, to hide a bruise you add correction first, then foundation on top, because the corrector is there to hide the tone, but if you put it on top you're just adding green or pink on top of the already tainted area, it won't work.

So not only can they place it there in her possession, but demonstrate how easy and real it looks... even in real time.

I noticed as soon as Amber said bruise kit while in the middle of her testimony. She tried to catch herself once she realized she said bruise kit. I really believe she used one to make bruises on herself. No one accidentally says bruise kit instead of concealer. They are two completely different things. I hope they are able to use her own words against her during rebuttal to point it out.
Yep it's very simple and it totally explains why there's no *swelling* . The intensity of the blows she claims happened would have her swollenup like a balloon.
Look at the image of when she put the icecream in Johnny's lap while he slept. Bottom left of the image is the bruise kit. An actual one they use in special effects to create them, oranges greens etc

@@avarysse5782 in the icecream photo he had done 17 hours of work and was exhausted, she knew he was sleepy, I have a feeling she may have been drugging him too. So she asks him to hold the icecream or waited for him to fall asleep and spill it once melted to get a chance to take her photos. (actually should have just lay him down that's not a safe position) so anyway. I think that she knew he would be passed out or out of it. So she has her camera ready and she may have kept the Ben nye bruise kit in her purse as a secret, got it out knowing he was asleep so couldn't see it. And maybe she was in one of those moods where she was taking staged photos and thought why not do my bruise photos now he's passed out, so got it out ready. She's been careless before, if you see the broken bed, there's a penknife on the bed in the photo.see a CZcamsr prove that you can't break a bed with a boot and has to be done with knife.

From what i can understand to make a fake bruise you need a bruise kit then put the consiler then the colour corrector is how you make a "bruise" not how you conceal it (if I'm wrong please correct me I don't understand shit about makeup this is from a quick search)
You're 100% correct (get it 😉). If you apply it after, you're makeup will Crack and your face will appear dry. It will also ruin the foundation. They should have had a makeup artist on that knew that brand.

Yes there's an actual bruise kit to create bruises. Someone pointed out there is one pictured at the bottom the picture with JD sleeping with ice cream that fell on him. Take a good look. It sure looks like it. The give away is the 4 colour combination which are the colours used to create a bruise. AH 's process she testified for covering a bruise is actually the process to CREATE a bruise

Yeah the colours are too dark to be used as coverups, they all have to be pale colours to conceal bruising.
It’d have to be (pale colours - look at “NYX colour correction kit” for an idea):
Pink concealer - counteracts dark circles (on light skin tones)
Purple concealer - counteracts yellow
Green concealer - counteracts redness or broken capillaries
Orange concealer - counteracts dark circles (on dark skin tones)
Yellow concealer - counteracts blue like veins, under eye circles, and blue bruising
And also it just “counteracts” the colour, it doesn’t cover it completely. Like if you have a black eye it’ll lighten it a lot but you’re still going to visually have bruising there, it’s why women who have black eye often wear massive sunglasses to hide it (because makeup won’t).
Her kit however is way too dark colours used to CREATE marks on the skin, not cover them. There’s no way with her skin tone if she used those that it would cover up anything, it’d just make it visible like the woman demonstrated.
Here's another interesting fact: to cover up imperfections with make up, you use a colour corrector first then foundations and concealer. If you want to make a bruise, you use foundation, concealer AND THEN the colour kit. Amber got it back to front.

on that note, when she described the order she put the different makeups on (foundation, concealer, etc.) she described the steps BACKWARDS from what you would need to do to COVER UP a bruise.
She specifically said "Foundation first, then concealer, then color corrector," but if you're covering up a bruise, you actually do the exact opposite; color corrector, then concealer, THEN foundation.
Obviously she didn't know that because she's never had to actually cover up a bruise, but has lots of experience making fake ones.

Another thing about the bruise kit if anyone's interested is
The order of products she described as covering her bruises is the proper order of products to CREATE bruises.
With colour correction to cover bruising you do it in exactly the opposite order that she described - on the stand - in her sworn testimony.
Colour correction goes UNDER any other type of makeup at all. Straight after your moisturiser or even directly on bare skin.
If you do it last then you'd see yellow patches for purple bruising (even though she said orange for some weird reason) and or pinks for green bruising.
I'm choosing those colours cos she is super white - orange is usually only used on those of us with dark/er skin.
Happy someone finallyyyy made a video about the bruise kit. We would use those all the time for a fight scene or a punch in different shows I did growing up. Makeup artists make it even smoother, especially on fair skin like Amber’s

You don’t need to even have a makeup palate specifically to cover bruises. After Thursday’s Exhibits I grabbed my grey cheap ass eyeshadow and within two minutes I look like the poster lady for Domestic Violence. And I’m not “talented” with makeup at all.
AH has demonstrated a pattern of conscienceless behavior towards JD in addition to her lack of self-control. Adults who are reasonable have an internal governor that mediates their response to any kind of provocation. AH is *entirely externally controlled and governed only by what she thinks she can get away with* without repercussions.

Here are some quick facts about Amber that we know that are proven:
1) He wasn't the only alcoholic and drug abuser. She drank 2 bottles of wine a day, took drugs as well by her own admission.
2) Caught lying about using the makeup that didn't exist back then to "cover her bruises" frequently, which was refuted by the makeup company in court.
3) Past domestic violence arrest against her ex, literally charged and arrested. Plus admitted to domestic violence against Johnny. Plus suspicion of domestic violence against her own sister (her sister was discussing it with her friends by the poolside in a video clip), and assaulted her ex-best friend in public. In contrast Johnny has no history of being violent towards women, every single one of his ex gfs and spouses all speak highly of him, and has said he's never laid hands on them.
4) Audio recording of her admitting to cutting his finger in Australia (not allowed in this trial due to technicalities), proving again that her testimony was a lie. (one of the voices on the tape is now deceased and can't testify)
5) Her psychologist lied about Amber having no domestic violence history and was called out by Johnny's attorney.
6) Has NO witnesses or evidence (all conveniently random strangers that she doesn't know or deceased people like the bodyguard)
7) Her longtime assistant testified under oath that she did not once see or hear any physical abuse from Depp or ever saw any injuries on Heard in all the years. She also testified under oath that Heard spit ON her face when she asked for a raise
8) She visits Dr Kipper's office the day after an alleged incident where she was severely beaten, the doctor's medical report states her in perfect health, with no injuries of any kind on her, also state her skin was in perfect condition. Her explanation was "this was a partial report and I didn't have time to get into the details with the doctor about the injuries". (Day 16 of trial cross examination)
9) Allegedly got her nose broken, hit multiple times, her scalp and hair ripped off, penetrated by a bottle, dragged over broken glass and got her arms and legs "pretty cut up", then somehow felt safe enough to take sleeping pills with her "attacker" in the same house, woke up the next day and made him coffee, then went to James Corden's show miraculously healed. No marks, no scars, no pictures, no medical report . Hair stylist saw no signs of abuse, the hair stylist would've been inches away from her face looking at all the details while working on her appearance, and she saw 0 injuries. Multiple witnesses (including 3 cops) saw no signs of abuse.
10) Allegedly got raped and assaulted multiple times on her honeymoon, then wrote Johnny a love letter saying "it was the most amazing and beautiful honeymoon any girl could've ever dreamed of". (evidence presented in Day 18 of trial)
11) Claimed she wanted to leave Johnny, but in all the audio clips she was the one begging him to stay. Claimed she always tried to de-escalate, but in audio clips she was always the aggressor preventing him from leaving and taunting him .
12) In all her "crying", there's never a single tear coming out of her eyes, even when reciting the most "traumatic experience".
13) Allegedly feared for her life but bought him a large knife.
14) Testified under oath that she was beaten by Johnny with huge chunky rings on all his fingers, said she was "hit so many times in the face over and over again she lost count". The photos taken the next day shows her face completely spotless without any injuries, when cross examined, she answers "there do not appear to be any injuries on my face in that photo".
15) Caught lying under oath again saying she "didn't receive money" from Johnny when she got $7 million, and lying about "never assaulted" Johnny when she admits to it on tape.
16) Proven once again as a liar when she made public statement of donating 7 million dollars for children's hospital but in reality donated exactly 0 dollars before she was called out, also caught lying under oath about donating the money. Her sworn statement was "I donated the entire settlement of $7 million to charity", when cross examined, she states "I did not lie, I pledged the $7 million, "pledged" and "donated" are synonymous, they mean the same thing." (Day 16 of trial cross examination)
17) Blackmailing Depp with her attorney, trying to make a deal for 3 of the adjoining penthouses where they both lived, 50k monthly expenses, 500k in attorney fees and the SUV Depp let her drive in exchange for not filing the protection order.
18) Her publishing of the op-ed "domestic violence" piece is timed perfectly with the release of Aquaman film, it didn't get published when they divorced, or before, or right after, but instead it was published right when Aquaman was being released and when the "Me Too" movement was grabbing the most headlines.
19) Amber Heard's team desperately tried to stop the trial from being publicly broadcasted while Depp's team made sure it was made public
20) Long time friend and co worker of Amber Heard telling about her hardcore cocaine and drug habit dating all the way back to 2008 when they were close associates, (youtube show called "Steven and Jason" and in the newest episode titled "We need to talk about AH").
21) Amber testified about having injuries such as “gross colored puss coming out of her temple” and “suffering a broken nose”, but when cross examined she changes the lines to “gross colored puss UNDER HER SCALP” and “FELT like a broken nose”, because she knew the evidence is about to show ZERO injuries visible on her. (How does she see gross colored puss under her scalp? With an X-ray machine??)
22) Allegedly got beaten up for FIVE YEARS and not a SINGLE injury shown on her face, no doctor visits, no dentists, no surgeons, no photos, despite countless appearances in public events and countless photos taken given her celebrity status, many of those public appearances were the night after "the beating", keep in mind the beating were all allegedly done by Depp with "huge chunky" rings on all his fingers, yet after five years of beating, she didn't need to visit the doctors once or show on sign of injury on her face, sounds like her facial bone density and durability of her skin can match that of armor platings.
23) Alleges Johnny slashed the soles of her feet, but was seen the next day walking completely normal, again no doctor visits or treatments of any kind even though she has a personal doctor on retainer.
24) Constantly changing details of her stories and allegations, she's already given 4 different versions of the poop incident, she has said "1: told security guard that she pooped and it was a practical joke gone wrong. 2: Johnny did it to frame her. 3: said it never happened and Johnny was gaslighting her. 4: said the tiny puppies did it."
25) Her lying under oath is not even worth mentioning anymore, there is too many to list, just to list a few in this trial alone. Lying about not receiving any money from Johnny, when in fact she received $7 million. Lying about having donated the money, when in fact she has donated $0 so far. Lying about never assaulted Johnny, when in fact she was recorded admitting to it multiple times. Lying about never assaulted anyone before, when in fact she's assaulted at least 4 that we have evidence of. Lying about her injuries, when a medical record showed absolutely no injuries.
26) She put someone through hell for years, publicly shamed and destroyed his career and life, just so she can be seen as a noble victim and use the attention and sympathy to advance her career and profile. She claims she's never wanted to be seen as a victim and wanted to move on, but appears in countless TV shows and articles talking about her "abuse" and "donation" non stop, literally appeared on every show she could to talk about her being a victim and being noble on the donation that never happened.
27) Amber's own friend, Tillet Wright, a long time close friend with Amber Heard, testified under oath that he's never seen or heard Amber being abused by Johnny Depp. (Day 20 of trial)

Smashing the phone against a wall not only make sense, it just way more likely. the "expert" says not because doing so would damage the knuckles? like who goes to smash something in there hand by holing it and punching knucles 1st? you would hammer blow the object with it out the base of you hand no? like hold your phone in your hand now, look at the nearest wall, imagine smashing your phone on that wall, are you damaging you knuckles 1st or your little finger?
9th this thing about a broken nose, in the uk you call being hit in the nose hard enough to make it bleed a bust nose. you can find footballers and rugby players getting there nose broken during a game and they carry on playing, not all broken noses are created equally. same with car crashes, just because i survived mine, doesn't mean others cant die in them.

And the not assaulting him doesn't mean you didn't get into a physical altercation with someone, it means you didn't assault them. nearly all forms of self defense involve physical contact, usually violent physical contact. that is not assault.
16th again you have this quoting wrong, you don't quote single words, you quote statements from conversations. and it would be a silly to donate money you don't have.

Let's say the internet is somehow biased for Johnny.
On what basis does Amber even have to have a solid case? We're not criticizing her because she's female, supposedly a 'victim' or anything else. We're criticizing and mocking her because of her excessive reactions, her inconsistent testimony, her almost constant excuses (clear excuses when they themselves contradict what she has said previously), and her frequency to debase multiple other witness testimonies. It's highly evident that she's pushing a false narrative, that is at least mostly false, and expects the public to not only accept it but to support her based on nothing but the discrimination of gender in abuse contexts.
Whether it's discrimination against women and their suppression, or discrimination against men for always being portrayed as perpetrators, true justice needs to be met and its clear the majority of media covering this topic has a bias for her. While the public, men, women, and other, in at least the 80th percentile are supporting Johnny as the true victim because of the clear inconsistencies and bold baseless claims of the defendant (Amber), media coverage is covering a narrative that the internet is behaving in a toxic hostile manner.
This is a different view on the same type of discrimination that is heavily prevalent in the justice system. This case needs to reveal all the biases so further cases can be pess bias and victims, men or women, can get the validation they deserve.

You don't understand because you assume that media outlets are there to report on things at least in a semi-objective or fair way, but they are just mouthpieces for either things that they think will play into their readers biases, or personal feelings of particular journalist/exec that doesn't care about presenting things more honestly.
What you probably also don't know is that these journalists live in their own echo chambers, mostly because they're activist first and journalist second and they surround themselves with people that share their political leanings, most of the people they interact with think like them and hence the disconnect between their takes on this trial (and in general) and that of normal people, they genuinely think most people share their view and those that do not are some sort of extremist outgroup.
Take a random hit-piece article from depp-heard, look up the writer and look at their twitter, now do the same with different journalist and you'll see how insulated they are from normal everyday people

Since press was initially established to cover the entire story, and not just one side. Although I guess with the modern times this makes too much sense for me to be able to continue having faith in journalists. I also don't use Twitter, nor do I wish to. So that's also probably why I've never really seen that side of journalism. The constant whining and crying of the cancel culture riddled app always deterred me heavily from ever wanting to make an account. Everyone who gets into live theatre acting, Plays and musicals or movies, will eventually buy a "Ben Nye Theatrical Makeup kit".
These kits come standard with bruise makeup, Fake blood, Liquid Laytex, foundation... Basically all the makeup you could ever possibly need to create artificial bruises, scars, bloody wounds, warts, Infections...
During my actor training, a girl I knew used this makeup to create a zipper down her forehead that appeared to unzip her skin off of her face. It's was hella realistic looking.
Makeup is incredible for the effects rendered by just cheap stuff from the drug store. I bet that zipper was magnificently rendered!
