How it doesn’t have the FF6 World Theme/Setzer’s Theme/The Blackjacks Theme is crazy to me. I love it still.
Yeah, was really disappointed by this. Would it have been THAT hard to include what amounts to a 45 second loop of a song?
The fact that you cannot see the players at all is a big turn off for me

I have the Regalia for 4-player travel. This is virtually worthless to me.
That's how I feel about the Lunar Whale after I purchased it.
It should've at least had the Blackjack theme from FFVI at 4 million.

ugh was hoping for searching for friends theme from FF6 for this mount
FF6 is my favorite FF and arguably my favorite game of all time - it’s not objectively that GOOD but the nostalgia for it is incredibly strong for me. That being said, yeah, they didn’t seem to put much effort into this mount. I wouldn’t try for it.
Im surprised they didnt add the ff6 airship song like they did with the magi-tek mount… ff6 blackjack theme was pretty awesome tbh
Still wishing for a massive addition to the Gold Saucer in future releases, more new floors, games etc. Poker would be a fun add, but I guess that's never happening. Like so much other stuff I can imagine would be absolutely changing ffxiv in a positive way.

Remember when Yoshi P said before the Blackjack showed up that they wouldn't go crazy on MGP prizes, and that Fenrir at 1 million would be about the max? Can't wait for the eventual 8 million MGP mount!
Lesson to learn. Yoshi P changes his mind very often.
The only mount that would be worth 8 million is FF9's Invincible with the FUNCTIONAL eye to insta-gib eikons and mobs.

The instant I have enough MPG and buy the thing is the same instant where they announce a bunch of new MGP rewards. It happened when I finally bought the Sabotender and this monster came out.
Wouldn't grind for it, but you've got the MGP and nothing else you want, might as well.
Personally I'm struggling for things to dump MGP on, almost capped. Don't grind the gold saucer by any means, just the weekly fashion report and jumbo cactpot. Adds up I guess.
Thinking about it, selling spare TT Cards is probably where it all comes from.
I'm really disappointed they don't have Setzer's music playing on this, that's so sad.
it makes my Mount number go up, its worth it :3

I was maxed on mgp for some time, was looking for something to dump mgp on. Now I can fashion report again and actually get rewards for it

Being one of the few multiseat mounts available in game without having to spend real money, ya i think it is worth it.
As someone on the Free Trial, the Endwalker mount theme sounds like a nice change of pace from the ARR or Hevansward/Stormblood generic themes. Sounds good to me!
I starting saving for it but the second I had enough I wasn't sure. I still don't have the cactus mount so now I'm saving for both lol I don't really care for either tbh but gotta buy something. Both are too big imo and the Blackjack should be open!

It's a 4 seater mount without having to pay for one with real money off the shop. I'm in.
You know, I hadn't considered that. I keep forgetting that the Regalia was a limited time thing. From that perspective, it IS nice to have a non-paid option.

@@jijonbreaker True, the Skyslipper IS also a thing, although I personally overlook it because it comes from Savage content (which admittedly does get easier with time). The Regalia and the Blackjack are what I consider to be far more accessible, as they have a much lower skill requirement.
@@zertonium While that is true, E4S was 5 tiers ago. It's really easily unsyncable now.
Considering the amount of time to get the MGP without cheating. The one in the shop is cheaper.
Plus you get to see the characters.

ive had 22 million mgp run thru my hands this is but a drop in the bucket
I mean what else are you going to spend your MGP on? It's nice they added another huge MGP sink in the game.

If you've got that kind of MGP lying around then you've likely already bought everything else you might want. Worth it? I think the question is... why not.
In that situation? Definitely.
If i was more into farming mgp, maybe. Looks nice and I enjoy mounts like that. But I barely do mgp at all :P
That's fair. It definitely takes quite a bit of time to get 4 mill mgp.
It's the only 4 seater that can be earned in game, I'll take it. Just one fashion report away (with event and vip buff)!
To be fair, there are 2 other (non cash shop) 4 seaters in the game: The Cerberus and the Skyslipper. I keep forgetting about them, but they are indeed still there.

Even as an FF6 fan... it's not because of the generic mount theme. They could've easily made a remaster of "Airship Blackjack" or "Searching for Friends". Even the original FF6 ost would've been good...
Not really I have allot of multiseat mounts.... this is one of those ill grind some day in future for now i have the regalia
Even though I have both now, I still like the Regalia more. Although, I feel like I might be in the minority on that one. ;)

i was super hyped for this until finding out it plays the standard mount music, which is hugely disappointing.
Hey, at least we got more than just a single new item in the Saucer. So far the big Updates for the Saucer where 3 items. 3, just 3.
I will get the mount once I reach the 4mil because I got nothing else left to get from the Saucer.

Also it would be cool if you could see the characters miniaturized on the main deck (it is possible , the jellyfish from the omicron tribe proves it)

Not worth it at all unless you are a collector. It's not a fun mount and there are others for 4 people, including the Regalia which has its own music and animations

if it were to play anything it'd either be the airship blackjack theme, or setzer's theme. searching for friends is the theme for the Falcon airship

It's not worth it, but if you've got spare MGP you may as well grab it.
It's big and ugly and the only positive is you can have multiple people ride it. No Blackjack theme.
It is a 4 player mount, so yah.
