@@jofr4 Johnny's team objected cause elaine was making false statements. You can tell cause when elaine returns from an objection she has to then change what she was saying or further elaborate that's what she thinks not what was said. Whilst Ben Chew continues his line of thought

that being said from an objective pov he should lose. this case isnt about whether or not he was a victim or anything like that. It is about slander they need to prove ab was never abused and her statement were false. that could be physical or mental unless you are omniscient that isnt possible to do. all it takes is one rude comment and then her statements go from slander to simply misleading and he has no case and it is up to him to prove that never happened not her to prove it did happen

Right. Even anger is not the same as being an abuser. He never laid a finger on her. Slamming cabinets and throwing things is not the same as sexual assault and domestic violence. If she hates powerful men so much why does she try to get with so many of them.
They all were asked and affirmed that abuse can be mental emotional verbal or physical.

No, she made the face when JDâs lawyer said âhe owns his flaws, he admits to themâ as if she doesnât think he really admits to his faults. I think sheâs partially right, JD doesnât think drug and alcohol use is a fault because all his heroes and many revered cool artists used substances so itâs easy for him to admit to that. When it comes to any character flaw or negative trait or behavior though he doesnât own up to it and doesnât take any accountability for his part in the relationship, or even the fact the he started the relationship at all. Biggest lie was saying he didnât leave Amber despite everything because his father stayed- her lawyers shouldâve jumped on that because itâs not true- he was already divorced and had left many relationships including the decades long one with his kids mom, so what kept him with Amber and why did he say on tape âI donât want a divorceâ? If he was as terribly abused as he claims why didnât he leave and why did he beg her to cut him if as he claims she cut off his finger??? Lawyers didnât make enough of any of that.

JD did confess he had made mistakes about his behaviour, like being verbally agressive or writing those textes tot Paul (What was meant as joke), so not only alcohol and drugs abuse. @@twilit the divorce thing is a reach. His dad stayed in an abusive relationship, that is the comparison. His healthy relationships, including his divorce aren't comparable examples. Amber was nothing but a drug for Johnny, he was intoxicated and needed HELP to leave. Her abuse fed that part of him that his child self called 'love' and amber milked it like snake venom - over and over until he had nothing left, and then she injected him with it, convincing him it was his in the first place. That audio you mention, about "i dont want a divorce" - you know he is saying that because she said she was only going through with the restraining order because he said he wanted to leave her. Listen to the whole tape. She's disgusting. The nice part is that the jury gets the _whole_ audio clip, not the small portions they played. Context matters. If that's the 'biggest lie' for you I'm baffled why i see you defending scamber in these comments.
Her biggest lie? On the Australia audio she recorded (& lied about, check my channel for the clip) she begs to stay, she can't believe what she did to the house, and when they think she is away they talk about her injuries. What were they? scratches in her arms that were described in the recording as self inflicted. No foot cuts, no cuts on her back, no busted lip, no vaginal complaints... nothing. Same audio she admits to her drug abuse... but that's another lie, so i'll spare you. Suffice it to say she is charming and beautiful and you're not the first (or last) she'll fool.

Rottenborn was right here, though. Kate Moss did not say specifically that Johny had never hit her, thrown her, or kicked her. She testified that, quote "Johny had never pushed her, kicked her, or thrown her down any stairs". There is a difference and Rottenborn knew this and objected to it, rightly so in my opinion. Must not have been during the closing argument, however.
I didn't watch the trial. I've experienced DV and SA and it was going to trigger me something awful so I avoided everything about it. Unfortunately, I assumed Johnny must've done something, because I thought no woman would lie about such things.
Almost a year later I caught one short video of the trial and have now watched all that I could bear watching. And I still have no idea what hype surrounded the trial. I saw what the jury saw, nothing more. Amber Heard is an absolute liar and appalling human being. I'm so glad Johnny won. That being said, you're right. Kate Moss said Johnny never did anything to her on the stairs. She kinda hesitated, as if she wanted to say he never did anything at all. It was curious, and I could only assume Kate was told to specifically answer only what she was asked. They asked about the stairs, they didn't ask about the rest of their relationship.
He had the opportunity to ask her this question when she testified but RottenHead decided not to ask any questions at that time. Meaning his objection was uncalled for during a closing argument.
