My father's mother used to make her own phyllo pastry. Pies and a variety of sweet dishes of the Greek cuisine are based on phyllo pastry, I can guarantee you her recipes were stunning and delicious.
In English language a father's mother is called a grandmother! I know I know grandmother can mean father's or mother's mother. In you case she'd be your Paternal Grandmother! There. Also even if you hadn't fucking mentioned that it was your father's mother and just written grandmother, do you think anyone would have given a damn?

the filo pastries literally were in a childrens cookbook in my country, and i've been making similar ones with my mom since i was 5, and alone since i was 10.
