Exploring Sighnaghi ~ Georgia's Pretty "Town of Love" 🇬🇪

- I took a 6 hour bus from Batumi to Tbilisi where I stopped for the night before getting a marshrutka in the morning to the beautiful town of Signaghi, in the heart of Georgia's wine making region. I recieved a warm welcome from a lovely lady at the guesthouse and was given local wine, cake and fruit! I just spent this day exploring the town a little bit and getting my bearings.

@@madmousetales Glad to hear you got some rest... particularly important with bad blisters as you mentioned. Those can become badly infected if one isn't careful.

@@madmousetales Yes thank you really nice - weather held off raining till the end of the day. Nice to compare it with Avebury and the surrounding landscape which I have seen a lot more of. ☺ I love imagining the past people who lived in these landscapes.
@@andrewuk4813 ahh I’m so glad to hear it! Yes it’s super interesting to imagine the people from that time period and imagine them using the stones for their purpose… interesting to compare the various stone circles too. Have you ever been to Stanton drew?
