I usually steep my tea and then add frothed cream for a latte. I've also even added lavender oil, which is amazing if you love lavender 💜.

Half and half should go in after the tea is brewed; the fats keep it from doing its lovely thing. Science helps brew a lovely cuppa. I'm awaiting the arrival of some black tea with spearmint from the Boston Mint Tea Co. A hot, minty, creamy dessert tea, or a refreshing glass of iced tea.
