We power tap some 316SS with a old but awesome power tapping head and do some tig welding.

Steve, I've been living with cluster headaches for 15 years. My worst cluster was up to 8 attacks a day for 7 months. People hear headache and think "so what". They want to compare it to migraines, but they don't come close. Knowing the extraordinary pain and the impact on quality of life as I do, I have enormous respect for your wife fighting on and enormous respect for a committed partner living with the helplessness it will make you feel. Just know that during an attack, there isn't anyone or anything that can provide comfort, no matter how hard they try. Doing your best to understand the condition is the best thing you can do. I'm not a religious man so can only keep you both in my thoughts and wish you the best.
The only thing that really helped me getting a quick relief was inhaling pure oxigen for a couple of minutes

Those tapping heads are the trick. I have tapped thousands of holes with one attached to a full size floor model drill press. Glad to see you back.

I had a GMC crew cab dually back in '88 with 454- my wife loved that truck even though it took 2 parking places at the supermarket. My daily driver was a Toyota SR5 pickup.

WELCOME BACK STEVE ! ! ! For sure you had an overload in this past time you've been living with. On to better days my FRIEND. Love that tapping head. I haven't seen one in years. Love doing projets like these. We get to play with all our toys, do some head scratching , the works. Hmm, Stainless. I always considered it like trying to cut an innertube with a 2 x 4 on the flat, LOL. Once again, welcome back and see you next time you're here.

after watching you for several years getting up every saturday morning and seeing what steves doing is just like checking on my friends and neighbors ,when i don'thear from them for a while i worry .glad to see your doing well and to catch up with a friend. hopefully one day you will look back and find out that you and your family are way stronger than you ever thought . it was nice to get up today and get an education , be entertained , and catch up with a friend best of luck going forward

Hang in there Steve. Your timing with this video is perfect. I have one of these that I acquired from a friend on an old drill press and I wasn't quite sure how it was supposed to work. I think it needs some love, but will be a nice addition to the shop.
I worked at a zinc refinery that used sulfuric acid and there much 316 stainless. We had a ball mill similar to that but much larger. (Concrete mix truck size.) I was in production but learned much from our maintenance. Someone told me once I was bird-dogging. I was just learning by watching, nd was sometimes their gopher. I remember welding 316 that it doesn't always stay straight.
