- In this review, I will be taking a look at the Xbox Series S and discussing how it holds up after 3 years of use. Unlike the Xbox Series X, the Xbox Series S provides an amazing experience for a pretty cheap price. So here it is, the Xbox Series S after 3 years of use.

IT’s a very NOOB Question Sorry😢 but I have a ps4 thinking about buying The series s mainly for the prize and some games aren’t coming to old gen anymore can I Transfer For example My Ubisoft , EA, Activision account To Xbox so I don’t loose progress on Rainbow six wazrone and Apex ?
@@BOSSMAN1283some games like Rocket League does it via an Epic Account, but others like Apex (Respawn/EA) doesn't transfert the data. So, to answer your question, you will have to verify for each game you would like to transfert the data
Yeah I got mine used for £120 with an extra controller and 2 rechargeable battery packs. Such a sweet deal.
Buying A Xbox Series S with 1440p monitor and Game Pass. Gaming is kind of affordable now for us Asian People.

I had an Xbox one s and didn’t want to play starfield on cloud. So I picked up a series s on marketplace for $150 basically brand new and I don’t regret a thing :)

If you want proof that Jesus and the Bible are true look a documentary called “Ron Wyatt discoveries 2022” on CZcams and a CZcams channel called Expedition Bible. They both examine archeological sites and discoveries that prove the Bible, and even reference secular sources. (Just don’t convert to 7th day Adventism after watching the documentary) And lastly if you don’t know the gospel and want to be saved search up “abc’s of Salvation Teenmissions” on Google and it should be the first or second result. When you click on it read the whole thing, and do what it says and have faith in Jesus while you are doing it, do not doubt, and if it is hard for you to do what it says, ask Jesus to help you, have faith that he will, and *he will.*

If I didn’t have a small collection of physical Xbox One / 360 games I would have considered the Series S. Amazing little machine with an attractive price point.

I bought the white Xbox series S 12 months ago and it’s still brilliant. Six months ago I picked up the Xbox series X mainly because it’s got a DVD drive. Not having television I watch a lot of DVDs. I’ve barely use the series. X I’m always on the series S and now with the new black model coming out I’m thinking of picking that up as well
i think i should get series s black 1tb cus i use 1080p monitor and i dont need series x do u think series s will be able to play new games for next few yrs like gta 6 if it comes out in 1080p ofc not 2k

I just got my series s and I absolutely am in love with it,it looks amazing and feels new system I got it because of the black friday sale at Wal-Mart it was for 250 $ I'm glad I can actually see my games now on,base Xbox One was ok just couldn't really see everything like I can on Series S

I have a Series X but I think the power supply or power cable socket broke. I didn’t want it to be repaired by Microsoft since it’ll be awhile till it’s fixed, and it costs as much as a Series S for repairs. But my Birthday just so happens to be in one month from now. And because my dad and I share a console in the living room, I wanted to have the next gen experience in my bedroom and not have to share the nicer console, plus my dad is pretty much okay with playing Battlefield on Xbox One. So instead I was going to replace it with a Carbon Black Series S.
That way it’d fit in my room like a glove, the resolution would almost match my Bedroom TV (1080p), only thing i’d lose is the disc drive, but that’s why I have the Xbox One. Most of my old games on disc or discontinued games can be played on Xbox One. I also was planning on getting a Nintendo Switch this Christmas, and the only place it could fit in my Bedroom is right in the only spot the Series X could fit in. So this way, my bedroom setup would have the Wii and Xbox Series S underneath my TV, and to the left of it would be my Switch. This way everything fits so much better. It’s also easier to take the Series S with me (which I probably won’t do, but it’d be nice to have) on trips. Also, imo the Black Series S looks really sweet.
Picked one up for 175 euro second hand. If you consider the controller is 50 euro the console only cost me 125. Like that's just rediculously cheap. Playing the old Gears of War on it atm. I have an OP gaming PC that can make use of xbox gamepass ultimate aswell for the newer graphical intense titles.
Xbox series S is fantastic. I use mine for all my online multiplayer stuff and general day-to-day gaming. My Xbox series. X is basically a glorified DVD player. And for exclusive games like Starfield. Can’t wait to get the new series is the black stealth
No disc drive is a bummer. I would have got it if it wasn’t for that. Series x was worth the extra cash

If you want the best backward compatibility Xbox because it also boosts old games fps including Xbox one games. If you don’t care about backward compatibility and want the console with most features then the ps5. It’s that simple.

In april i bought a series s and 2 months later a game laptop and i am very happy with both but now i think i prefer the series x more than the series s not that the series s is a bad console no no! But i want at least 60 FPS on a game i have a 1080p tv so should not be to hard but look at the crew motorfest so far i know that Will play on 30 FPS and thats a real bummer! And its like 250 euro's more expensive so if your a Child and need to have all the money from bday money or so the series s is super good for the price! But if your a little bit older and have a income i think the 250 euro's more are worht the money for a series x so thats my opinion
Exactly which is why you should’ve bought the series act in the first place however, they alleviated that problem. There’s a new version of the console that has a one terabyte drive. It doesn’t come in that ugly white color. It comes in the typical black mat, color and all other things being equal it cost 50 bucks more.
Unless you’re playing somewhere other than a console, there’s no point in getting ultimate game pass console is the way to go or game pass core game pass console gives you access to the same library as ultimate, but doesn’t charge you for features you’re not using like running it on your PC
With the exception, some badly program games, I play like war face. Every game I open is up and running ready to play in about three seconds hell I don’t even close overwatch two and I have to click X I believe I click X once to get rid of the you’ve lost connection screen and it takes me right to thetitle screen and I clicked that again and it takes me to the main menu in a matter of just a couple of seconds. Quick resume and multitasking is not a function or feature necessary on a video game consul.

I want a series s because I have a one s. I want a pc but in the bugget range of 300 to 600 dollars. And i can't get a decent pc for that much so the series s is good.
Don't buy the Series S over a PC. I sold my Series S after I got my PC because it blew the Series S out of the water. My PC isn't even super high-end, but the Series S can't even compare as far as visuals and performance go. My PC specs are Ryzen 5 3600X, 16GB DDR4 RAM, 250GB NVME SSD, 1TB SATA 3 SSD, and an overclocked GTX 1660ti.
Edit: I bought my PC on sale from a big box store for $500 and spent another $100 to double the RAM and add an SSD.
Siries s is great console if I want to play native 4K I’ll play it on my ps5 I play siries to have fun .
Which by the way, came past console and PS plus extra are at the same price point I believe I don’t know what the annual ball grade is for each if they’re even is one for game pass I know there is for extra I just don’t know what it is I haven’t looked But the difference says the catalog you get access to is about five times the size on PlayStation and it’s all modern games PS4 and PS five games there’s no older games in there. Those are all relegated to streaming with gas plus premium with Xbox game pass console. The catalog is going to include all kinds of gamesand there’s a lot less of them in the end plus is a far better deal. The only thing you really lose out on is free I mean first party titles available on day one for free but you’ll get to try for free before you buy them so you can try them out and see if you like them and then watch for sale he actually almost always see a sale anyway except right when the game comes out because this plus members get anywhere from 15 to 70% Discount.
I got the series s because it’s a great way to get into next gen gaming big halo fan and game pass and cloud gaming are great for it being all digital and it’s such a clean looking console imo i think it’s the best looking console out of all the next gen consoles and that besides the storage and display options and ram it can do everything the x can do besides a few things they’re the same console
You don’t need ultimate to play with your friends Xbox live has been included XX live gold. The equivalent of gold is an Xbox core. I mean Xbox live gold has been discontinued, but the functions features of it are included in core, so any version of game pass from core up, gives you multiplayer Ability you don’t need ultimate to play games with your friends. The only reason you need ultimate is if you want to access your game pass from PC android iOS from your TV whatever if you’re not doing any of that then buy game pass console or game pass core to be fair I would start out with game pass core Upgrade if you feel like there are games you wanna play from the game pass library I think core is up to like between 30 to 40 free games similar to PS plus games you know the game pass live gold or the Xbox live gold games they’re up to like 30 to 40 games now that you can play free with game pass core

Dude, the only new games you get to play on game pass our first party titles right Microsoft owned properties when one of their studios made the game day one it’ll be on game pass console or game pass ultimate. It will not be on game pass core and those are only first titles, which, as of now is only Starfield, that’s literally the only benefit you seen from that since they made those changes and it’s available on game pass console and ultimate again you don’t need ultimate unless you wanna play your games on somewhere other than the console and you know on the consul and other places then you need ultimate if you’re only gonna play them on the console, you need game pass console which is like $11 a month

Quicker zoom is not a series ass feature. It’s an Xbox feature you keep talking about all these things that you find about the series that are you like but the fact is those same things are not serious S features or functions they are simply Xbox functions.
Leslie, I’ll say if you own a modern gaming PC and you’re buying an Xbox because you think console hardware has gotten there you’re right it has in the series X and the PlayStation five the series as however you’re going to be dissatisfied with the performance compared to your modern gaming PCprice point wise it’s way cheaper but it’s performance is lower than a modern gaming PC way lower
Honestly, most people don’t have 4K TVs anyway, I think last time I checked it was like 40% of the population in the United States had upgraded so the graphics quality really doesn’t matter the real deal. Here is the performance of the machine itself will be less it has a smaller storage and if you bought it to be your primary consul you’re gonna quickly be dissatisfied with the 500 GB space you’re going to want to upgrade it and the upgrade is gonna cost you more than it would’ve costed just to buy an X in the first place, that’s why the model with the one terabyte drive for 349 has been released if you’re going to buy a series ass hold out for that model don’t buy the OG series ass by the second edition at least that you’re starting out with one terabyte storage everything else is the same oh it’s not that ugly white color that they used on the PlayStation five and the series SOG that is the ugliest stupidest choice Ever in a gaming console Sony did it on purpose. Eve has an open world experience, and that you can fly where you want, you don’t fast travel you literally fly and you better be careful about where you’re going because if you fly into an unprotected area, you will get trashed by other players. These are games that actually allow you to explore Starfield is not.

There’s a one year subscription for 60 bucks for game pass core game pass core is Microsoft attempt to replicate PS plus essentials it offers exactly the same features and functions i.e. multiplayer gaming for free, free games every month with a free game catalog that can grow at the same price point that Sony was at just a few months ago now the price point for that equivalent in Sony went up to like 74 bucks but I just renewed mine it expired the next day I renewed it for $63 but game pass annual subscription is 60 bucks so with tax you know it’s going to be a little over $60but it does not give you access to the catalog. Do you have to buy game pass console to get that

You’re talking about your ass though because mostly you’re just gonna end up paying the 70 bucks anyway unless those games came from a first party studio that Microsoft owns you’re not gonna get them for free with game pass is quite likely you would get to try them on PlayStation Premium equivalent game pass ultimate because the trial games on premium aren’t limited to PlayStation first Friday titles you will however, in many cases get a 20% discount to purchase games that have been in the game pass library before they go out of the library which is something PlayStation doesn’t dobut Microsoft does I mean Xbox does when they get ready to go out you’ll get a 20% discount to buy it but you’re still gonna have to buy it if you want to continue to play otherwise you’ll have no access once it leaves the catalog

Excuse me, but the series S doesn’t have a gaming catalog Xbox has a game in catalog and you have to buy game pass access it. Siri doesn’t itself have a gaming catalog. In fact, worst part is because it’s so much different certain features, and some games may not exist on the ass Like the split screen feature takes a lot of processing power some game developers have been allowed not to incorporate that into the series version of the game unlike PlayStation five hardware which is all the same whether it’s the cheaper one or the expensive one it’s all the same hardware just minus the disk, the series S that you’re showing is minus Storage space it’s half the size 1st and foremost it’s processing power is less it’s graphical processing power is less I mean it’s all around lesser machine and it has limitations buying an Xbox to be your primary consul. On the video and the Xbox, since I have a PS5 as my primary console, the Series S becomes the highest value console in the market. Insane library of games, for a low monthly price, and on top of it all, the design is so practical that you can play and move around easily.
