Very nice kit review, sir. I just picked one up as a result, and am looking forward to getting started on it. Had the good fortune to see a 1:1 clone/tribute car in person at a car show a few years back. Done up in Chevy Hugger Orange with white stripes, Hooker side exhaust, and a specially built 568-cu.in. big block under the hood. I got goose bumps just listening to it idle along as it pulled into the parking lot.

Great review.I picked up my 2nd one at Michaels today for $15.00. It's a great kit aside from the green.I just really hate when they give the impression that the tires are pre lettered when there not.Even in the sprue map on the back of the box the tires are shown as lettered. Just get on my nerves a bit.

Agree. Thankfully the lettering is raised well to allow painting.

I have the 2002 version, it doesn't come with the stripes! Very disappointing.
