There are so much better examples of Parlamentet, I hope you find some more subtitled clips. The best segment is when they are forbidden to answer yes/no, making political answers only to simple questions.

you never EVER tell Per to go crazy. he is already crazy in everything he does. full of energy, he is everywhere at once, loud, doesnt have any boundries, but that is also what makes him funny. And you know things will go nuts when he get the "Ok" sign to start going nuts. Anicka Andersson is the opposite. calm, sharp, quick, almost never goes crazy except with her whitty counter jokes. Dorsin and Robert is like the middle ground between Per and Annicka. One of the best line ups on the parliment show. Björn Gustafsson has also been there alot, you know, the WoW Jocke guy =) most swedish comedians have been in the Parliment. Once or twice.

You mentioned 'Would I Lie to You', that's an amazing show. So funny! One of my absolute favorites, from both Swedish and British shows and from other countries as well. Another one of my absolute favorite panel shows, is a Swedish show, and it's called 'Gäster med gester', that one is hilarious. The British QI show is very funny as well. But 'Would I Lie to You' and 'Gäster med gester' is on a whole other lever. None better!
The woman in this episode of Parlamentet (The Parlament) does a lot of outdoor comedy theater, among other things and she usually is very funny, very spot on with her delivery on her lines to make them extra funny. And if I remember correctly now, I think she was actually a part of 'Gäster med gester' as well.

Yeah, this is definitely a highlight in swedish TV history. The set up is very broadly that there are two teams; one red and one blue, sort of representing the two biggest political parties (one left and one more right-leaning, but still quite left). They then have different sections of the "game", and some of these were showcased here (with very little context, unfortunately). So, yes, it is kind of like mock the week, e.g. that they commonly ridicule recent political events.

Overall I'd have to say British Humor and Swedish Humor is pretty similar, might be hard to tell if you'r reading subtitles only, since a lot of Iorony comes from the tones of how you say something too.
But having lived in UK, watching UK humor shows back in sweden too, and watching Swedish humor shows and such, it's fairly similar humor.
Dry, Irony, mixed with some sketches where the people usually take them selves very serrious, often jokes about others pretty harsh, but as to not come off as a duche combined with jokes on your own behalf.

I think it's interesting to see the difference in comedy between the British and Swedish panel shows because I feel like the British ones are a bit more conversational whereas the Swedish ones are more about doing a bit in response to a question. It's one reason why I think the Swedish version of QI never really took off because the panelists were trying too hard to turn everything into a joke instead of just engaging with the topic and letting the humour come naturally. But Parlamentet is a great example of when it works just right.

A few of the jokes goes by you as it is a bit play with words where you need to know swedish to get it, a bit like Monthy Python many years ago, you need to know who / what they make fun of so to say. The idea in Parlamentet that one side is supposed to be left and the other right wing, but quite often it just becomes funny khaos

As you’ve already have been introduced to Robert Gustafsson, I can’t BELIEVE that you’ve need been recommended “Weiron I Ottan” from the show “Nile City”. Robert plays Weiron, a drunk and a real working class hero, who has turned into being an early-hours radio show host, calling random numbers on the air. In this sketch he reaches a hotel and is talking the worst swenglish ever. I’d love to see you react to this!
