    I just ran my first Half Marathon in these shoes this past Sunday. They were amazing from start to finish. 🤙🏼

    I'm loving my v4. Mild note on sizing. I'm a pretty solid 10.5 and found I needed the 11 to have proper toe clearance. If you're marginally wide footed (my left is on the fringe of 2E), try the classic width first. You may be surprised.

      Glad to hear you love the new v4! The extra width is one of our favorite parts about the new Rebel. We have had plenty of people who liked the feel of version 3, they just felt it was too tight for their feet.

    A passionate review, Steve. Rightly so, too. I’ve just bought a pair of Rebel V4 and they are amazing to run in. They are possibly the best daily trainers I have ever run in.

      That's great to hear, definitely a favorite here at our store! Thanks for watching!

    Great review. Stuck between buying the Rebel 4 and Mach 6 next month for my birthday. Choices!

      I'd say New Balance 👍

      Both shoes are great options for speedier tempo-type style of workouts. We are more biased towards the New Balance Rebel. It is one of our favorite shoes here at the store.

      Mach 6 is narrow, rebel v4 has a wider comfortable base... Best!

    V.3 was my first Rebel & I’m closing in on 300 miles. Love the under foot feel & plan on getting as many miles as possible from it. I like the look & updates to V.4 & it’s on my short list.

      We loved the Rebel v3 as well and the v4 is even better. It fits more true-to-size, the cushion is even more responsive, and it is lighter while having a higher stack height.

      @@RunMoore Perhaps you have a video on this I've overlooked but how would you compare/contrast it to the HOKA Mach 6? I had the Mach 4 and liked it. Didn't need the Mach 5 but would consider adding one of these to my rotation down the road. Currently trying to put more miles on the rotation of 8 shoes I'm currently using :)

    Great vid! Did you keep the same size from v3 to v4 or go back half size down with v4? Im also a wide feet guy and needed to go half size up with my v3, from my usual 9.5 to 10US

    Sounds like a great update. I have the original that I picked up on a steep discount.....possibly from your online store?? I'd have to go back and look. I never put that many miles in it but I've kept it because I want to bring it back into the rotation eventually. I liked version 2 a lot too....though I could use a bit more width. Sounds like version 4 will be a great fit for me at some point.

      The Rebel v4 has easily become one of our favorite shoes at Run Moore. If you liked version 2 but felt like you needed more width, we highly recommend the Rebel v4. We hope you like it as much as the 2!

    Hi, Are these good for long day walking as well? Planning on Disney world trip for few days and will be doing a lot of walking, so need a nice comfort pair. Thinking between 1080 V13, GelNimbus 25's, or the Rebel 4's. Please suggest. Thanks

    • @RunMoore
      @RunMoore  Před 5 měsíci +2

      Hey! This is much more of a performance trainer than an everyday walking shoe. The 1080 v13 or Gel Nimbus would be better options. We carry the Vongo V6 from New Balance, a great option for those long days on your feet. The Vongo V6 is very similar to the 1080 V13, the Vongo provides ample stability for you as you get tired from walking to all the rides and waiting in those lines at Disney World. Hope this helps!

      @@RunMoorevery helpful actually. I'm not a runner but like cushioned shoes and was deciding between NB vongo or 1080v13, on cloudsurfer, altra Rivera 4, Skechers go run ride 11 and these. I guess I can cross these off.

      1080 v13 is comfortable however its too soft, you might get tired quickly for longer walk. Might want to check puma magnify nitro 2

    Hi there, i just tried these for 10km. And it just rubbed my back foot. But i really like the bounce.

      Glad to hear you like the midsole. We always recommend trying out the heel lock lacing system. A lot of rubbing or slipping in the heel can be fixed when you get the fit of the heel laced down tighter. It is also known as the marathon knot or runner's loop.

    I'm a 9 in my street shoes (vans, adidas,...). I go a half size up in Kinvaras (9.5). How does the rebel fit? Would I be good with a 9 or 9.5?

    • @RunMoore
      @RunMoore  Před 4 měsíci +1

      Our store doesn't have a relationship with Saucony so unfortunately, I haven't worn a Kinvara since before I opened my store. However, we always recommend going up a half-size compared to your lifestyle shoes. Size 9.5 should fit you properly.

    I expected more bounce based on the reviews tbh but this could be a good long run or recovery day shoe. Disappears underfoot.
