I love how John got dressed up for black church
He looked Good !!
SAME. He ain’t playin
He looked great 👍🙂
And doesn’t he look nice! 😊
I grew up in Atlanta and only ended up in college park by mistake while leaving the airport in 2009 and never been back. Also, lived in Norcross and passed the WCM on Jimmy Carter Blvd to go to my church home Victory world church. It’s not that unusual for someone to live in a city and never attend certain churches.
I was hoping they’d mention John’s poor parking job. Lol
I thought that too! 😂
Yeah why does he think he gets to take up 2 parking spaces? Just because it's a Range Rover?
Ha! Me too!
They did lol
Haha! Thought that too!
"When you build your church around a celebrity, that's what happens." Amen to that. Building a church around anyone or anything but Jesus is going to bring it down.
Idk what you’re talking about…Creflo$$$ is THE MAN
The world is about moving money from your pocket…to mine
No one does it with a bigger smile than C-$
Great point about changing the world and starting with your neighborhood.
"You dressed like you going to white church!" Breaking stereotypes! Love it! Thanks guys🤣
that was hilarious!
i don’t know that it’s “breaking” stereotypes. stereotypes really don’t get broken…in all honesty. People act like it’s r*cist to say “white people____”… or “black people___”
But we know history repeats. We know certain people will act a certain way and never change. I think if we’re 100% honest, we’d realize “stereotypes” are important, and actually something to celebrate, rather than be afraid of
@@quarantinechill_4530 you've put way too much thought into a joke.
@@pamelas1002😂😂
My God doesn’t care how one is dressed. If a church isn’t of mixed races,, it is Gods church but a man’s.
Please don't stop doing this series. I absolutely love it.
Agreed!
We are at church all day long on Sundays at my church. Praying, worship, speaking in tongues, healing and being slain in the Holy Ghost! We don't get out most Sundays until after 1:30pm. And we stay at church doing church stuff and back to service again at 6pm. And you're right, not many churches do this anymore but we love being in Jesus' presence and being at church.
@nancyharper7467 that actually sounds really amazing to me! So, I'll be honest, I'm a Christian and I love God very much! I read my Bible, I do Bible studies and read books about our faith, and so forth. BUT, I do not go to church. And here is why-- I'm a white guy, but I just don't vibe with typical "white" churches (I know it's weird to make this racial, but they are very different in style). Many years ago I had found a black Baptist type church that I LOVED and the people were so open and loving to me. But, then I moved. And I tried a few new places and it went really badly. People basically drove me out and told me that this was a black space and I didn't belong. It broke my heart, because I just connect to Jesus the same way as them- I am vocal in my praise, I move, I dance, I sing, and it's just very spiritual to me. So, I gave up. Maybe I will try again cause I miss it so much.
Same! I absolutely love it!
@@SquirtlePower809Dylan Roof may have had something to do with them being less receptive of you. Also, there are a lot of white Pentecostal churches that praise and worship the same way.
@@SquirtlePower809 that's the reason why I love my church, it's because we have that same kind of move of God and free and loving spirit about us. We are a mainly white church but we have a few other races that comes as well and we love it and love them. I can understand why you feel like that, it's hard to find a church like this and are very rare. If you are ever in Georgia, come visit us. We are radical in Praise and worship and many other churches visit us on Sunday nights because it has been said that, You can't find a church like mine much! I grew up attending all different kinds of churches, and my favorite was going to my mixed families churches. These people was my closet friends , they just know how to worship and are so free in doing it! So I bring that same praise where I go now and it's so very welcomed. Even if Pastor in preaching and the spirit comes upon me, I just let it flow and he just smiles and let's the Holy Ghost have His Way. It's a free and an alive church. I pray you find one like this because I would miss it too if I didn't go to a church that didn't worship and praise in a radical way. I would feel trapped. Praying for you to find one like this! It's an amazing place to be. I know heaven isn't going to be very quiet and neither should we. Amen! God bless you!
@@blazee3895 it's sad too but unfortunately probably truth. I pray for all races to love each other and worship Jesus together!
I go to a Pentecostal church in rural Maine. Almost 100% white, and every Sunday is just like this. 2.5 hours long is pretty much the norm, as well as speaking in tongues and healing at the alter. We only have about 70 members but are one of the biggest church congregations in our town!
Where is your church?! I'd love to visit. I am in Southern Maine.
I'd love to visit southern Maine just to visit! I want to own a summer home there anyway and Lord knows I need my Jesus every Sunday!
Did not know they had them in Maine!
Yes!!! Same!!!! It’s not about the color of your skin, it’s about about is it a Holy Spirit led service?!
John that parking job is killing me 😂
Funny enough, he is the only one who parked correctly. Line up on left line and if every car/truck did the sane, all could open all doors. I know! Crazy.
This is the best I've ever seen John dress. And I've been following him since he was doing shows at churches in rink a dink towns. 😂
😂😂 FACTS
He knew!!! 😂😂😂
Same!! Lol
And looked darn good, too.😊
Ouch - throwback when he came to the Florida panhandle in like 2015. We were one of those dink towns and he roasted us for it
I love how John and Shama become instant brothers the moment they begin shooting the breeze together.
I wish a network would pick this up as a show. I love these videos!
Omg yes please
No. when networks get involved so does politics. and then the production team is in charge of editing. this youtube channel show is pure because THEY are in charge of their editing and are controlling their own narrative. tv is evil. that's why its important to have your own content. You should be encouraging them to establish an app or network of their own and then release episodes.
Nah, because then it would be so inauthentic ppl change when they recognize you or when they know cameras are coming
No networks
You haven’t seen people going to the alter and getting prayed over in 20 years? Dude that stuff goes down weekly in my church. If it doesn’t happen something went horribly wrong.
I don't think he was referring to altar calls specifically. Rather, to they hyper-charismatic, Pentecostal iteration.
They have prayer after my church services as well but not at all like this one. This one was a bit odd. The prayer my church has for people is more private and intimate and not the whole speaking in tongues and charismatic. I’m not a believer in that so much. The Bible says a bit about speaking in tongues and the good and evil of it. We really have to be careful because there’s a lot of false doctrine out there as well.
@@julievanderleest I get it - we're new to the out pouring of the Spirit, but a great resource for understanding without "rolling on the floor" " loosing control" "dis-order" - check out Andrew Wommack Ministry.
@@julievanderleest- I don't think the Bible ever attaches "evil" to the idea of speaking in tongues. It just talks about there being times in church when it's better to speak a language people understand. But Jesus says in Mark 16:17-18 that speaking in new tongues is one of the signs that will follow those who believe.
So if someone is ever saying the Bible says it's evil, they're misrepresenting the Bible, and I believe you have good reason to seriously question whether or not it's worth listening to them.
@@dagman85 you may want to reread with the previous comment or was saying. They never said that the Bible calls speaking in tongues evil in and of itself. But it does make it clear that there are times you need to keep it to yourself.
A spirit filled church can go on for hours and seem like no time has gone by because the Lord was there too.
What makes a church a “spirit filled” church? How do you know you AREN’T in a spirit filled church and if you are is that bad?
@@massarassa spirit filled means they believe the whole Bible, the gifts of the Spirit is for today and did not pass away with the apostles
@@stevelee3144 ahhhh- yeah- I don’t go to that kind of church- but thank you. It was going to those kinds of churches that basically destroyed my life.
@@massarassaIt means the the H o l y s p i r i t is actually present there. You can tell when you walk in because you'll feel the peace and love of C h r i s t. There are wolves in sheep's clothing out there just like He warned us. You have to choose the right place 🤍
Which "lord" was there? Certainly NOT the God of the bible!! Know the spirits -
When we moved to Atlanta back in 1996, this was the church we were so excited to go to from watching it on tv. We were so disappointed with the unfriendliness we experienced. No members greeted us with a hello or anything. We didn't know anything about Atlanta, so we went to the distribution area to ask questions about the church and to meet people in the area. We knew no one there. We met a lady and she greeted us well, but she seemed to have such a busy life and said she'd get with us and if not, we'll meet in heaven. In heaven, we won't need what we needed then. We went to a small white ministry and they greeted us very well and gave us the much needed support we needed to plant ourselves in Atlanta. We went to a mix church and another black church and got serious friendly greetings and the support we needed. They stuck by our side until this day and we are no longer in Atlanta.❤
Please produce more! I am a preacher's kid from Nashville. I definitely can suggest some churches for y'all to visit.
These are hysterical, and growing up a minister’s kid…. “PK”… I cannot get enough. Keep making these. 😂😂😂
Hey John, this has got to be the best thing you've done. Your comedy is great, but there's just something about this series y'all are doing that's spot-on. It's real. God bless
I went there with my sister in law and I really enjoyed the service. The greeters were very nice. After the service they mentioned people getting together and have fellowship. Some of them asked me and i was visiting. I was impressed.
I worked in a dialysis clinic over there and one day a lady came up to us crying. She needed to get to the bus station and had gone over to that church to see if someone would just take her to the bus station. She had money for a ticket to get home but no money for a cab. They told her no and to leave. I took her to the bus station and she was so appreciative. She didn't ask for anything else. I'd never go to that church.
😢😢
You have to start getting the welcome gifts! All apart of being a first time visitor!
YES!!! this.
YES!!! This!!!
I pick up the free gifts every time I visit a new church! 👍🏼😂
Yesssss!!!!😂
I love that John was like”…we trying to get some wings…”😂
😂
This was really cool to watch. I think this is important for all Christians to visit other churches to see first hand what happens in the church and make your own opinions. I've always thought it was interesting that people say black church is long when we spend the rest of the week doing whatever we want but can't give God a few hours in his house on Sunday. I love a good ol long service where the Holy Spirit is moving you just might get what you need!! 🙌
❤
Yes I looove when service is long.
We watched an interview with Creflo & Taffy Dollar by Matt Crouch on TBN the other day...and it was filled with wisdom & humility...God took Creflo through Prostate Cancer and healed him yesrs ago, but more than that, healed his soul of wrong attitudes he said he had and "performing" for God. We were both touched and captivated...good to hear/see he is preaching from a changed heart❤👍 Love these videos!
Amen❤ hallelujah 🙌
Black pentecostal churches can regularly go 3 hours. For real!
White too tbh
Snazzy new graphics/pics in the intro. Me thinks this means a regular gig for you 2.😉
Breakfast looked yum!😋
I wanted that breakfast like NONE other. We don’t have Waffle House in SoCal 😫😩😩
This is my church. I'm glad you all enjoyed yourself. I have a tip for you if you visit again. Come on a Sunday that the Falcons are playing a home. Pastor Dollar is a huge Falcons fans, and we're dismissed about 11:45. I live in Vinings, and for 20 years that I've been a member, I have only stopped in College Park maybe 5/6 times. LOL. Lastly, I have visited Northpoint Church a couple of times. Be blessed Brothers.
“Barbershops & Wings” 😂😂😂 I was done 💀
John’s bust a move in the Waffle House parking lot was so hilarious. Shama said, “what are you doing!” I lost my last marble! Too funny. 🤣 Thanks, God Bless
Best part for me! “let your boyyy work!”😂😂😂😂
This is terrific! I’m here for it! I hope this church series goes international!
My previous comment was PROPHETIC!
World Changers International! 😂
Honduras!
It already is, lol! Where have you been? 😂😂😂
Yeah, Nigeria will blow his mind 😅 We have the biggest churches.
This show has become one of my favorite parts of Sunday. You guys are amazing: God bless you both! ❤️
I really appreciate the way you are doing this. The mix of humor and respect is great. You compliment each other well, so I think you will continue to be successful. To combine humor and observations about interesting churches is "entertaining" to say the least. You also seem to have a sense of mission to show the unity of the Body of Christ, the Church, which I greatly appreciate. "By schisms rent asunder, by heresies distressed..." yet "the Church's one foundation is Jesus Christ our Lord." BTW, you might find All Saints Anglican Church in Fayetteville, GA an interesting church. One of our goals is to make Christmas a truly spiritual event (i.e., what Scrooge would have experienced). If you want to see high church Anglicanism (ala C. S. Lewis) in action but in a modern setting, visit us.
This is my church!!! Been a member 21 years. I remember this service. So glad you all visited. This is an amazing church and has blessed my family for over 20 years. So much negativity has been put out there to the public; negativity that’s not true or twisted. It’s good to actually go to the church so you can see what it’s like and not go by rumors; but I promise it’s not always 3 hours. Lol!
(And those reviews? What in the world? 😄 I can’t remember the last time I dressed up to go to church. I am most definitely in jeans 99% of the time. Not saying people don’t dress up, but it’s definitely a come as you are church. The metal detectors started after unfortunate attacks were happening at different churches; Fairly new.)
If you've been sitting underneath his teaching for 21 years I would really be concerned. If you have not heard his contradiction to God's word in 21 years that is a huge problem. Creflo Dollar is what they call a wolf in sheep's clothing. And being slain in the spirit is not biblical.
@VisionMusicWorks good morning I have a question and I truly am not trying to throw shade. I lived in that area of College Park back in the 80s. As crime rose I have since moved. Is WC l involved in the community and if so do you think publicizing the involvement of the church would help?
How would one find out about any Street ministry or community outreach?
@@LifeClipsPodcastyou probably have not experienced the Holy Ghost much then. There's so much that the Bible doesn't mention
@@demilehlamahlope7926 I am a born-again believer. I feel for you with that new-age gnostic belief system you have. There's so much that the bible doesn't mention? You'd been deceived by Satan himself. You all will be deceived by the Antichrist and the False Prophet. You are bound by a mystery religion and NOT the biblical one! Sad state of affairs you are in. Again, 21 YEARS and you've never heard this man to be false? YIKES!! My mom is bound in this WOF, "gnostic" other spirit nonsense as well! Sad the devil has you bound!
@@praizequeen Yes, we are very involved. If you call the church, ask for member care services, they can give you an array of things going on, or check out the website. There’s so much it would take me several paragraphs to type out, but our Pastors and church work with community leaders, and provide a lot of help for adults and children within the community on a daily basis. I don’t know that I can answer a lot about publicizing; based on the response from the community, when we do have certain activities, I feel like things are publicized and people seem to know about a lot of things the ministry offers. There may not be a bunch of cameras around from TV stations and the local media, but it seems to get to the people. (Hope this helps!☺️)
John I don’t know how you could still be comfy in those tight pants after eating all of that food at the Waffle House! 😂
He’s just built different I guess.
He’s nice and slender
this was great! love hearing these reviews. - we pray for folks each week like that 🙌🏻🔥
I loooovvvve this series. Can't wait for the next church.
Loving this!!!!! John & Shama are a great duo - so fun to watch!
Appreciate this yall, we need more of this interaction and learning with humor...

I'm really enjoying watching this show every week! I look forward to next week's episode! Much love ❤️
You both are funny and tell the facts respectfully too. Even when things we think are different or a bit funny too, you always end respectful and blessed by someone or more in the church.. thank you both!
Ah yes. Starting my Sunday morning in SoCal off right. I think I’ll go to church today 👍🏻
This was my favorite one yet. You guys are getting really good at this. Your filming is like anything you would watch on Netflix or better 💯!
I loved this episode. John you hit the nail on the head lets help the neighborhood you are in. Shema I totally understand where you are coming from as far as creflo dollar.
Do more, please. This was so cool. I haven’t been in a church like that since I was a kid.
Love Creflo Dollar! Was super nervous John was gonna to have some very critical things to say, but appreciate that he didn’t. And in our small white church we ask people to come for prayer almost every Sunday! So think it’s awesome that he did that!
Creflo is a heretic and hell bound. There, there is a factual thing said!
He wasnt about to risk being called a racist.
1:07 John needs to pray for the scales to come off his eyes so he can park better LOL
Love the great work yall. Keep it up!

PLEASE continue this series! This is fantastic content!
😂 John, you’re always making me laugh! You two gentlemen are perfect together. Nice series! As a black woman, I haven’t been a member at a black church since my teenage years. My spirit feels more at peace, I feel more comfortable and happier, spiritually fed
in a white/multicultural church.
It’s too overstimulating for me. I also leave feeling like I didn’t get a full message because of the “extravagance” of the black churches I’ve attended. I do miss the focus of singing old hymns overall though.
As someone who grew up with TBN..Creflo Dollar was everything..
On other news I never thought i would see John Crist in a suit
And yes black church in America might last 3 hrs, black church in africa last 6 to 8 hrs..no lies
Hello, I’m South African, our church usually goes on for 3-4 hours. 🙈
Loved this. Haven't heard Pastor Dollar preach for quit awhile. Love this series in general.

This whole pre-gaming for church with Waffle House is so fun 😂
Love y'all's videos and thanks for all that you do.
Enjoy this series, please keep it coming!
Killed it you two! Keep ‘‘em coming great idea!!!
Honest to goodness, several years ago, my sister worked for this “ministry” as a contracted marketer. She absolutely could not wait for that contract to be over. The first day of work, she was sitting in a boardroom waiting with others for Creflo to show up. When he walked in, everyone stood up and practically bowed to this man. He immediately went on a rant about not collecting the projected money he thought he should have received at some event. Also, one of my sister’s friends who was laid off and was looking to this church for some assistance. They went into her records to see how much she had given. They refused to help her because she had not been tithing long enough. It makes me sad.
WOW
It is very sad that no assistance was given. I don’t agree with looking into one’s records to determine if they deserve the help. On the flip side though, there are also those that abuse the church’s charity. I have a distant relative that would go from church-to-church for financial assistance for her family. She was “working the system” on all fronts and took advantage of several places. Once the church caught on, she and her family moved on to bleed another dry. There certainly needs to be a way to help those in need but protect against the thieves.
@@tracibloodworth I absolutely agree with you on the financial assistance abusers. My sister’s friend had given tithes and offerings weekly up until her job went away. Creflo was absolutely awful according to my sis. She couldn’t wait to get away.
NOT shocked!! Creflo is a pimp wrapped up in a suit and a bible!!
Yeah, not a fan.
Awesome, more excited than ever to check out this church next time in the Atlanta area!!! video really captured the vibe
Keep up the series. Looking forward to more. Very well put together.

I love this series. No church is perfect. Yet, we can all find things that unite the churches - and that is Jesus. The unity of the body of Christ is more important than anything else!!!
Jordan never went to a game 7 in the NBA Finals but still love this series!
That was the point of the video. It don't make sense 😂
I was about to say that Jordan but then saw your comment😂
If I showed up an hour and 15 minutes late to church, I would be 15 minutes into the next service.
Love this! Keep it going, brothers!
When John said "right next to where i played tennis growing up.." I myself started laughing! THAT is the whitest statement ever! 😂
Creflo Dollar is one of my favorites! Despite all of the hate he gets, he loves Jesus, and he loves people. Grace is something we all need!!❤❤❤
Love love love this series!
This was great.. Also a great chemistry between you both lots of fun
Thanks for exposing us to different churches. I think the cowboy one was my fav so far 😅 (well one I'd be most interested to visit personally)
John, I see laying of hands and speaking in tongues almost every week. Signs and miracles should be a regular part of the body of Christ (aka church), just as in Acts. Glad you were able to experience it.
When I was a little girl my sister and I went to the Southern Baptist church in Victoria Park, Calgary Alberta Canada! The church was a red brick building and you could hear thé joyous singing, laughter, loud preaching for several blocks, and it was amazing! We were raised Catholic but it was all in Latin, 3 hrs mostly on your knees and no Sunday School! To us it was boring and the « Monseigneur « was 90 if not even older to us! It was very solemn and strict and quiet! On the way home 1 Saturday we heard folks singing beautifully at the corner church! We snuck in the side door and there was all these Black people! We are Irish and Lakota and had never met a Black person! Oh my they were the most happy well dressed people I had ever seen! We were spell bound and of course an usher caught us! Instead of kicking us out we got to downstairs to Sunday School and I learned about Noah and the Arc, baby Jesus, and hell 🔥 fire! We had no idea that we were listening to similar stories but in Latin and had no clue! We had Catechism at St. Mary’s school everyday but I usually paid little attention! We paid attention in the Black church! After the service which was 2 of the most fun hours meeting all these new kids and their grandmas who treated us very well! We got to stay for the Sunday church picnic and we had the best potatoe salad, and corn on the cob and Carmel icing on chocolate cake that I ever ate in my! We begged to come back but the pastor stated we had to have written permission from my mother and father to attend a « Black « church! I was confused and said, » this church is not Black its red « ! The pastor and his wife just laughed and said we were welcome any time! My mother was Lakota and my father was Irish. My father was quite happy bc he was born in Ireland and left bc he was very upset about his time as an Alter Boy in the Catholic Church in Ireland! He never talked about it! My sister, my mother and I attended that Church from 1962 till 1970! We loved our church and the people! They moved on because the city wanted all the properties around to extend what they called the Calgary Stampede Grounds! We were the only nonBlack kids to ever attend because most people around there were Catholic! My sister sang in the choir and I 18:18 won my first Bible! I still have it and to me Jesus was in that church and He was Black! ✨☀️✨🙏🏽🦅☀️🦅
Great job thoroughly enjoy watching your your program keep up the good work
These are funny but also very interesting, especially as a non-American. Good stuff guys.
