[Easy Korean Recipes in Tagalog] ROSÉ TTEOKBOKKI (Cream based rice cake)

    is a Cream-based gochujang (chili paste) Tteokbokki.🌶
    INGREDIENTS (good for 2~3 servings)
    📍for warming up/ defrosting the TTEOK (or rice cake)
    - 500g Rice Cake or TTEOK (please buy from Korean Grocery)
    - 1 table spoon Rock Salt
    - 4 table spoon Sugar
    - water enough to cover up your rice cake as it warms it up
    📍for the sauce base
    - 3 tbsp cooking oil
    - 1 cloves of sliced garlic
    - 1/2 white onions
    - 1 spring onions (1/2 cup)
    - 125g Bacon
    - 3 tbsp gochujang (chili paste)
    - 500ml water
    - 3 tbsp sugar
    - 2 tbsp oyster sauce
    - 1 tbsp patis
    - 250ml all purpose cream
    *Optional Ingredients to Add:
    - 1~2 sheets of Fish Cake (Odeng)
    - Assorted sausages (1-2pcs)
    - Mozzarella Cheese (for toppings)
    This is perfect for those who don't really eat spicy food,
    since the creaminess of it helps lessen the "kick" of chili
    Tteokbokki is basically rice/flour cake recipes which Koreans love!
