[Easy Korean Recipes in Tagalog] BUDAE JJIGAE (Korean Army Stew)

BUDAE JJIGAE is one of the most popular
"East meets West" menu;
Using all sorts of Luncheon meat/sausages/processed meat
Hope you enjoy cooking Korean meal at your home!
INGREDIENTS:
- Leeks
- 1 white onion
- 1 can of luncheon meat
- 1~2 tbsp ground pork (optional)
- Sausages
- 1/2 tofu
- 2 strips of Bacon (better not overuse)
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp Korean Dwenjang (Soy Bean Paste)
- 1/2 tbsp Korean Gochujang (Chili paste)
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1/3 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Soysauce
- 1tbsp Fish Sauce (Patis)
- 2tbsp macaroni
- 1/3 cup kimchi
- 1 1/2 tbsp Baked beans or tomato Ketchup
- pepper
- 650 ml water (or 3 cups)
- sliced cheddar cheese
- Korean noodles
