@@PorkBellyBoy maybe you have a faulty power trip in your installation. I live in a 10 story building where each floor has their own breaker on the hallway and personal one inside the home. We get very constant voltages and rarely any anomalies. Mine runs on 220-240V at 50hz AC, maybe that's makes a difference? For as long as I've played around with PC's and PSUs I have never had a fault with the little pops discharging from the wall into the psu. Personal experience. For everyone out there with the same problem listen here, this is not dust well at least not completely, this is an old/very used pc fan that's soon going to retire the sound it does when it's starting is bc the fan is still cold, once the fan gets warm, it stops it's a problem that gradually gets worse but it won't explode or even brake anytime soon but it will eventually have to be retired
Exactly what I discovered almost a year ago, the rear exhaust fan on my PC started making a grinding noise and seemed to be struggling to spin. It was an SP120 RGB Elite so not a cheap one to replace 😅.
Could also be a loose rivet my case does this and it'll sound like that till way after I log in but if I twist the case a little or tap next to the fan it stops. Fractal Design Meshify C if anyone's wondering and no I don't recommend it, it would be fine for a budget build but it's priced way too high for that, paid £90 for it but my NZXT S340 was £60 and a mile better build quality and design.
I have that same PC and mine broke like 8 months ago. I got it fixed like 2 weeks ago and I would get a bsod like every day. On Wednesday this week, it happened again but this time it had me do an automatic repair and that didn't even work. The guy who fixed it gave me an extra SSD, new GPU, and a new fan cooler. I assume it is the new color because I saw a video that was like: "you never want to hear this on your PC" and the noise I heard from that guy sounds like what's happening to you. Before I got any bsod, it would sound just like yours, only quieter. So my assumption is that mine and probably yours just have faulty fans producing an unnecessary amount of voltage.
I'm 40 years old and have been building PCs for many years. Check your GPU fans. The amount of loose dust and debris inside the case indicates a clog (as does the sound). You need to clean all of the fans, I promise that will fix it.
Bro my cpu is makin jam noises from its fan may be after i started playing gta v in it everything is runnig perfectly but suddenly whlie playing it starts making jam noises than the game shuts down and gives a notification that reinstall the game or connect your ssd then i saw my pc folder there my ssd was not showing than i restarted my computer than everything starts working properly again and ssd also showing after restart but the next day i face the same problem can you please help me?
@@syedbilalali6054 If your SSD is connected via SATA plug, unplug it and plug it back in, make sure its connected securely. As for the CPU, it sounds like the fan is trying to ramp up to 100%, but something is physically preventing it from spinning as fast as it is trying to go. I would remove the whole CPU fan and clean it. Now would be a good time to reapply thermal paste to your CPU.
For everyone who has this problem, the bearing of the fan is the problem, you can buy a new one for 10$ and it'll last you years. (Fun fact, this happened to me while I was playing outlast and I've got a JUMPSCARE, I thought the sound was from the game but it was from the fan)

Hey, you may have resolved the issue by now, but I had the exact same problem. It is most likely a cord getting in the way of the fan, or it could be the fan is touching the side panel.
I had one Cooler Master and one Enermax PSU making the same or even louder noises, either you replace the fan or what is cheaper you open it up and clean and oil it.
Its the fan from the Power Supply remove it and there should be a tape on it lift up the tape and ull see the small cap open it and put a bit of motor oil spin it couple of times and assemble back in
2 fans on my pc do that and they both spin very slowly while making that noise i have to put my pc to sleep and turn it back on many times before it stops

I replaced the fan and it still made a ticking grinding noise, with the brand new fan

Definitely a cow. Moooooo
Yes i have the same problem, make a hole in the back of the fan and spray wd40 in the hole on the axe metal rotation part (very good English)
