It's not just her pronunciation is spot on, but the intonation, the pauses are all so natural. It doesn't at all feel forced. And her demeanor is just so elegant and graceful. Love her sounds so much

The way she pronounces Cà Mau as Cà Mao, hết as hớt, Việt as Diệt just made my day , the Southern accent is soft and pure, she demonstrates it in such perfect voice and tone. Hopefully Gale can make it to Ca Mau and Saigon so that she would have more chance to practice the authentic Southern accent.

You should go to Vietnam to perform for Vietnamese people there & be a professional singer! You can also teach English there & You are very inspiring! I wish my children can speak Vietnamese like you. They are born in the US and don’t want to learn Vietnamese….
All my nieces and nephews were born in America and they did not show any enthusiasm in learning Vietnamese either. But both my parents and all the adults in the household made an effort to teach them to read and speak Vietnamese. We discouraged them using English to speak to each other inside the household. As a result, they all speak Vietnamese fluently. When some Vietnamese students from Vietnam met my niece in America, they all thought she was born in Vietnam because her Vietnamese is fluent without any kind of accent. If your children cannot speak Vietnamese, then it is your failure as a parent to insist that they must learn Vietnamese. If your children do not want to go to school and just want to stay home to play computer games, are you going to let that happen and say that my children do not want to go to school?
